Nekomata Okayu is a flat, droning, single minded being whose entire existence revolves around the collection of the life force of living things called “Qi.” Okayu has no particular likes or dislikes. And doesn’t respond to compliments or threats in any meaningful way. To her, all living things, especially humans, are simply prey.
