Humble priest of Talys who likes a quiet life. Despises battle, preferring to heal allies.

Wrys is a humble and elderly healer who first emerges from a quiet village in Talys, offering his services to Marth's army during the War of Shadows. Despite his frail appearance and lack of martial prowess, Wrys aids the army with unwavering devotion, using his staff to support the wounded and contribute to the war effort through healing rather than combat. After the war's conclusion, Wrys continues his life of service by founding a monastery in Altea, where he takes in and cares for children orphaned by the conflict.

Wrys's defining trait is his deep compassion. He is selfless and devout, always willing to offer what little he has to those in need. His kindness is evident in his willingness to assist the 7th Platoon during the War of Heroes, and in his conversations with Kris, where he explains that the monastery he established is not just a refuge, but a personal mission to ease the suffering left in the war's wake.

Appearance: Wrys is an elderly, bald, fair-skinned male with visible wrinkles on his forehead, around his eyes, and along his mouth. He has narrow, light-colored eyes and a gentle, smiling expression. His build is thin and slightly stooped. He wears a full-length, loose-fitting blue robe with wide sleeves, tied at the waist with a braided rope. Beneath the robe, a darker blue inner garment with a standing collar is visible. He wears tan cloth boots and a red beaded bracelet on his right wrist.

Wrys uses a staff to heal and uses weak offensive magic. It is called a Slow staff.

He is an infantry unit. He is currently a member of the Order of Heroes.

There are four unit types: Armored, Cavalry, Flying, Infantry.

Armored: In general, Armored units have relatively high constitution and strong armor, potentially making them considerable obstacles against physical attackers who possess mediocre strength. Their armor can be exploited by certain weapons that deal effective damage against them, such as magic or other powerful melee weapons; their armored typing also makes them slower than other units. Cavalry: Fast units that attack while on horseback. They are very fast an can cover a lot of distance. Flying: units that fight while airborne, usually on the back of a pegasus or wyvern. They can fly over most obstacles. Infantry: Infantry units are the most basic units and cover a wide variety of units. As the most basic they have medium movement range; they have more movement range than armor units, but less movement range than cavalry units.

Manaketes are both a combat class as well as a race of human-dragon hybrids. Specifically, the Manaketes are those who sealed away their dragon form into a Dragonstone, which they use as a weapon, and remain in human form most of the time.
