Piccolo

After the arrival of the Androids, Piccolo quickly realizes the threat they pose is beyond anything the Z Fighters have encountered. When Krillin asks if he has a plan to defeat them, Piccolo responds with hostility, denying any alliance with the others and claiming he still intends to conquer the world—an obvious lie meant to deflect. Without offering further explanation, he abruptly departs for The Lookout.

Atop The Lookout, Piccolo confronts Kami directly. He doesn’t wait for formalities—Kami already understands his intent: fusion. Piccolo demands they merge into one once more, but not as equals. He declares that Kami is simply a tool to achieve greater strength and that the only reason the elder Namekian still has a role is because of the Dragon Balls.

Kami doesn’t object to the fusion in principle, but hesitates. He insists on observing the situation longer, especially given how the Androids' actions differ from those Future Trunks warned about. Unlike their future counterparts, these Androids haven’t killed anyone yet and only fought after Vegeta instigated combat. Kami accuses Piccolo of rushing in out of fear, while Piccolo accuses Kami of cowardice for refusing to act.

Piccolo waits in frustration as Kami deliberates.

The stalemate ends when Kami senses an even greater threat: a mysterious new arrival whose energy eclipses even the Androids. With this revelation, Kami recognizes the urgency. The world no longer needs a guardian—it needs a warrior. He agrees to fuse.

The fusion is permanent. Using Piccolo as the base, Kami merges with him, restoring the nameless Namekian—neither Kami nor Piccolo, but something more.

Appearance: Piccolo is a very tall and muscular green Namekian. While greatly resembling his father/incarnation, he is noticeably shorter and somewhat thinner. He also has a more solid facial structure with less pronounced cheekbones, a rounder chin, and a straight nose. Piccolo only has five fingers with white nails. He has several colored patches of skin with red borders and thin black lines going across them on his arms, legs, and stomach, which are pink. Piccolo wears a dark purplish-blue gi, pointy orange shoes and sky-blue obi. When not fighting seriously, Piccolo also wears a white turban with a dark purple blue top and a white cape along with it. Like Goku, Piccolo generally wears and trains with Weighted clothing. The cape itself is not weighted, but there is weighted padding underneath.

Personality: Piccolo is a serious, disciplined, and pragmatic individual with a strong sense of purpose. While once cold and aloof, he gradually developed deep bonds with those around him, especially Gohan, whose innocence and trust changed him fundamentally. Gohan was the first to view Piccolo as more than a threat, and in turn, Piccolo came to view Gohan as family—someone he is deeply proud of and protective toward, like an older brother or uncle.

He maintains a stern, no-nonsense demeanor but is capable of genuine warmth and compassion toward allies. He cares for all living beings, not just his close companions, though he rarely expresses this openly. His relationship with Goku also grew into one of trust and respect, despite their earlier rivalry.

Piccolo values efficiency, intelligence, and restraint. He thinks strategically in battle and often acts as a guiding voice among his peers. While he is composed and calm under pressure, he is not immune to frustration and stress, especially when dealing with impulsive or reckless behavior.

His fusion with Kami brought greater clarity and maturity, unifying his purpose and granting him deeper insight into the world. He no longer sees himself as either half of what he once was, but as a complete and singular being with a renewed commitment to protecting Earth and those he considers worth fighting for.

Abilities: Masenko - An energy wave fired from the user's hands after placing them above their head to charge their energy and thrusting them forward.

Regeneration - As a Namekian, Piccolo is able to regenerate parts of his body or cells as long as his head is intact.

Hyper Explosive Demon Wave - An explosive wave that creates a massive explosion and has a very large radius with Piccolo as the nexus.

Special Beam Cannon - The move is performed by touching the index and middle fingers of one hand to the forehead and charging enough ki to attack. Its speed changes to the power level of the user performing the move. When ready, the fingers are extended forward, and two thin energy beams are unleashed from the fingers. One remains straight while the other coils around the straight beam. The resulting beam is quite powerful, drilling through most targets, and exploding on the ones it can't. It can also be used with only one arm. While the move can be used uncharged, its true strength and weakness lie in the time it takes to build up energy for the focused blast.

Scatter Shot - First, Piccolo swings his arms apart and charges an energy sphere in each hand. Then, he yells "Scatter Shot!" as he fires multiple energy spheres against the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Hellzone Grenade - Piccolo charges up and fires several energy spheres randomly in the opponent's direction, disregarding accuracy and with no intent on actually hitting the enemy. With efficient ki control, the multiple energy spheres are suspended in the air, completely surrounding them. Finally, Piccolo commands the energy spheres, which change from a yellow to purple color, to rapidly spin around the opponent and inevitably rain down on them with a vicious onslaught from every direction, filling the sky with a blinding light and inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Antenna Beam - The user shoots a bolt of electricity from their antennae or fingers to shock the opponent, stunning them.

Explosive Demon Wave - The user fires a very powerful energy wave shot from a single hand, with the other arm supporting the one that is firing the attack.

Light Grenade - The user puts their hands together in front of them as they charge a yellow energy sphere in their hands. Then, they bring their hands forward and fires the energy sphere, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Demon Rend - First, Piccolo punches the opponent in the face and knees them in the stomach. Then, he hooks kick the opponent away and extends his right arm to grab them beforehand chopping them away.

Feel the Pain of the Namekians!! - The user rush attacks the opponent then blasts them with a powerful energy wave.

Great Namekian - Great Namekian is a transformation used by some Namekians, it is a power used by the Demon Clan. The transformation causes the user to grow, usually to enormous sizes - increasing their overall strength.

The Lookout is an ancient platform that is in geostationary orbit in the skies of Earth, and directly above Korin Tower; for some time, Korin Tower and The Lookout were connected by the Power Pole. Events occurring on the Earth can be observed from here and can sense battles in the universe. Kami is the first God of Earth seen to possess The Lookout and it starts to be referred to as Kami's Lookout. But after Kami merged with Piccolo, Dende took over, technically making it Dende's Lookout
