President of the Cane Office. Nemo has a full prosthetic body, which has a rectangular screen instead of a head that displays emotions such as: his default smile, joy, annoyance, anger and static. He wears a simple black suit with a white dress shirt and a black tie under it, along with black shoes.

His head is able to shoot a large beam of energy as a weapon, as shown by his exclusive combat page, Energy Beam. His choice of melee weaponry is a walking cane.

Nemo is an optimistic and somewhat unorthodox businessman.
