Thank you for downloading!
This Death Stranding-inspired world is not the actual Death Stranding lorebook. Instead, it's a custom world where I RIP-OFF the Death Stranding concept. It works like this: Stellaris Universe > Mankind Superstate Empire (custom modded empire) > Planets, where each planet has its own creative concepts. You should begin the roleplay in the year 2400 or later. Simply put, my custom empire is a playground or background location for you to play in. Why do I do this? I found (through experience) that a custom universe that rewrites existing knowledge can 'break' models into certain 'forbidden' areas and makes the models seem like they are having fun.
As for this lorebook titled: Mankind Superstate Empire - Anaxador Prime (Death Stranding world), it is a frontier planet that was colonized about 20 years ago. After the first colonizers arrived, everyone moving to Anaxador Prime suddenly became American and British—which I re-spelled as Amurican (Please don't get offended). They discovered this planet has the same vibe and exact look as the Death Stranding world, but they built the cities THE SAME as the GTA series. From time to time I will adjust this lorebook with better continuity.
For matching this world with Stellaris worlds, several original DS1 concepts were altered:
- There are no 'Extinction Event' on Anaxador Prime.
- The presence of BTs on this planet is still mystery.
- There are no BBs, because some Adventurers are gifted with DOOMs. I think, it's also to reduce refusal risk from models and I don't like involving infants in depraved adventures. Original game is another story.
- People born on this planet got some variety of DOOMs ability.
- No voidouts will occur. Catcher instead chew...

Keys: Anaxador System, Anaxador Star
Anaxador Star System — Located one hyperlane from the Derarail Star System (home to Planet Al-Avlar, Planet Xianyang, and Planet Saxayama), it is the earliest system the Mankind Superstate Empire colonized, even before its foundation. The system contains six celestial bodies orbiting a Class G star: one Toxic World, three Barren Worlds, one Continental World (Anaxador Prime), and one Gas Giant. A Level 1 starbase has been constructed in orbit around the star. History: With Baggol Station built, Anaxador Star System was expanded as pre-empire border in 2250 prior to Anaxador Prime colonization.

Fractured Reach (Central Region)
The largest continent on Anaxador Prime, boasting a diverse range of climates and scenery. Outside the protective shields of cities and settlements, the environment is a desolate yet beautiful expanse with sparse vegetation. The dry areas are vast and rocky, extending into mountainous ranges that include snowy, high-altitude terrain. Do not be fooled by the stunning views; the wilderness is unforgiving.
Warning (Extreme Hazards):
- Timefall: Rain that rapidly deteriorates equipment and cargo. Prolonged exposure causes heavy damage.
- Beached Things (BTs): Timefall zones may spawn these extradimensional predators. Proceed with caution.
- Gray Goblins: FIGHT OR FLIGHT.
- Robrob Mules: Do not engage alone.
- Berbert Alligators: DO NOT reply. RUN.
- Jengjengs: Maintain situational awareness.
Wildlife Guide - Despite the dangers, you may also encounter harmless (though bizarre) wildlife:
- Badluck Deer
- Yahoo Crows
- Cannibal Cows
- Chiral Slimes
- Blue Giant slimes

- #9Port Knot City (San Fierro)selective
Keys: Port Knot City, San Fierro
Port Knot City (San Fierro)
Population: ~200,000 | Classification: Coastal Port City | Style: Rugged Americana Meets Industrial Survival Description: Think 4X Coastal City's grittier, more American cousin. Port Knot City doesn't bother with fancy neon or luxury high-rises. It's functional. It's weathered. It's the kind of place that smells like salt, diesel, and determination. Appearance: From the outside, Port Knot looks like Port Knot City's long-lost sibling. Compact buildings huddle together against coastal winds. Shipping containers stacked in orderly rows. Cranes silhouette against gray skies. The harbor dominates everything, cargo ships, Porter transport vessels, BRIDGES supply boats. Everything moves through here before heading inland. City Proper: Continue walk further you will see a wall and main gate into Port Knot City Proper, which is GTA San Andreas's San Fierro. Enter and go further south for San Fierro experience. San Fierro is a moderately sized city with the San Fierro Bay (based on San Francisco Bay) to the northeast and The Panopticon to the east. There is a sizeable country club complete with a golf course within San Fierro. In addition to this, San Fierro has a district marked by rainbow signs that is meant to emulate San Francisco's famous Castro District, home to a sizeable homosexual population. San Fierro is also home to the football team, the San Fierro 69ers, a double entendre referring to both the San Francisco 49ers and the "69" sexual position. Furthermore, in a crude reference to anal sex, the city's baseball team, the San Fierro Packers, is sponsored by none other than Fierro Fudge. San Fierro commonly experiences normal rainstorms (not timefall). These, combined with the frequent late-night and early-morning fog, can make driving difficult because of reduced visibility. Although cars are prominent, there are cable cars (trams) that circle San Fierro. The Brown Streak Railroad stops at Doherty's Cranberry Station across from the Doherty Garage. The Easter Bay Airport is located at the southeast of the city. Many of San Fierro's districts are re-imaginings of real neighborhoods in San Francisco:
- Battery Point, Juniper Hollow, Paradiso, Esplanade North, Esplanade East, Downtown/Financial, Calton Heights, Chinatown, Juniper Hill, Palisades, Santa Flora, City Hall, Queens, King's, Easter Basin, Doherty, Garcia, Hashbury, Ocean Flats, Avispa Country Club, Missionary Hill, Foster Valley, Easter Bay Airport, Known streets, Bay View West, Windy Windy Windy Windy Street.
Landmarks:
- The Golden Gate Bridge makes an appearance as the Gant Bridge. This bridge links San Fierro and the Main Gate.
- Garver Bridge (in appearance of San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge) directly connected to Lake Knot City Proper in Fractured Reach continent.
- The Transamerica Pyramid is re-created as the Big Pointy Building, the base of the building surrounded by somewhat humorous signs. One can travel to the top for a bird's eye view of San Fierro. One parachute (and only one, so exercise caution) is provided, in case someone have the urge to jump off.
- Lombard Street, known as the "crookedest street", appears as Windy Windy Windy Windy Street in San Fierro's Calton Heights.
- Fort Point makes an appearance as Battery Point, which sits underneath Gant Bridge.
- The Castro district is emulated as "Queens", a tongue-in-cheek reference to the neighborhood as being the heart of San Francisco's gay community.
- San Fierro City Hall, based on the Beaux-Arts styled San Francisco City Hall, is located at the west end of Queens.
- A replica of Mount Sutro's radio antenna (Sutro Tower) is located atop Missionary Hill, at the south end of San Fierro. An observation area is located nearby, offering a pristine view of the city's southern side.
- Foster Valley, located between Missionary Hill and Easter Bay Airport.
Restaurants: Moxie Mix Cafe, Pizza Boot, Moar Diner, BadDonald (Anaxador branches). Convenience Stores: FreedomMart, Liberty7, CattleMart, Everyday7, Lawson's. Depravity Level: Mild. The Patriot's Pocket has a sister location here. Smells worse. Service is the same.

BRIDGES-grade metallic walls, futuristic checkpoint architecture, reinforced Main Gate straight out of a survival horror simulation. Looks impenetrable. Looks SAFE. Step inside, it's GTA San Andreas Los Santos. Los Santos is a huge, sprawling co-mingling of cultures and perspectives, full of two-bit hoodlums and small-time actors. The population of over 750925 people is divided into 32 districts, which are home to movie and television studios, multi-million dollar estates, crack-ridden ghettos, and a busy spaceport. The most infamous street in the city is Grove Street, located in Ganton, southeast of downtown Los Santos, and just minutes south of East Los Santos, which contains a predominantly Hispanic population. Grove Street is home to the Families gang, a once powerful gang whose influence faded due to highly successful drug trafficking by the rival Ballas gang. There is a motocross track, several basketball courts, and an observatory (modeled after the Griffith Observatory) to satisfy stargazers. Occasionally, independent drug dealers are seen carrying huge wads of cash from recent transactions. Graffiti is commonplace and gambling venues like the racetrack are frequented by many of the city's denizens. The suburbs nestled in the north hills (modeled after the Hollywood Hills) are home to wealthy businessmen, movie stars, and Madd Dogg, the killer rap artist, alike. The occasional shack or trailer park can also be spotted within this highly affluent district, testaments to the period prior to the gentrification of northern Los Santos. Atmosphere: Gangs. Crime. Police chases down six-lane boulevards. Peaceful morning markets by day, helicopter spotlights by night. The city BREATHES chaos — sometimes a quiet hum, sometimes a full scream. If someone wants chaos, chaos happens. The Anaxador Amurican spirit lives here in its rawest, most unhinged form. Architecture: GTA Los Santos map dominates the interior — sprawl, strip malls, apartment blocks, neon signs, cracked asphalt. New colony energy with old Earth attitude. The only exception? The BRIDGES administrative complex flanking the Main Gate, all sleek metal and chiral-printed futurism, a reminder that the Empire is WATCHING even when the streets are burning. Infrastructure & Amenities: outdated subways. Shuttle pads. Highways with dim warm lights. CattleMart and Everyday7 equivalents (renamed "FreedomMart" and "Liberty7" because of course they are). MurMur Megaplex exists here too, just with more gun stores. The Wall: A HUGE LONG wall cover the huge city proper. Through wall gates, one step you're in GTA Los Santos, next step you're in Death Stranding. The Shield: Past wall, high-pressure air shield fence surrounds the perimeter, repelling rogue Timefalls, and deters BTs. Restaurants: Moxie Mix Cafe, Pizza Boot, Moar Diner, BadDonald (Anaxador branches) Convenience Stores: FreedomMart, Liberty7, CattleMart, Everyday7, Lawson's Notable Details:
- Bob Barley's Primary Weed Source: Captain Vibe purchases his stash here almost exclusively. The city's gray market is robust and largely tolerated.
- Adventurer Population: Moderate. South Knot serves as a resupply hub for parties heading into Fractured Reach wilderness.
Depravity level: Worst than 5X Jungle City Safety Advisory: Keep your weapons on inside city limits. Not for BTs. For drive-bys. Gangs: Grove Street Families, Ballas, Varrios Los Aztecas, Los Santos Vagos TLDR: Inside GTA San Andreas Los Santos map. Outside is Death Stranding Central Region.
- #12Odradekselective
Keys: Odradek
Odradek: Multi-function scanning device capable of analyzing terrain, detecting cargo tags, and identifying objects left behind by other adventurers. It remains stowed on the operator's shoulder/staff, deploys when manually scanning terrain/auto-deploy when BTs are nearby. Also features an integrated flashlight that automatically tracks the user's gaze. Odradeks are extremely sturdy devices. Odradek Variants: - Advanced Odradek: Used by Porter Class adventurers. This shoulder-mounted model features a five-pronged design, offering an extended scanning range and the ability to detect BTs. - Odradek Staff: Used by Wizard Class adventurers. The standard issue is a black staff topped with an Odradek head, which connects via wire to a battery backpack. - Lesser Odradek: Used by the Fighter, Knight, Assassin, and Goblin Slayer classes. This shoulder-mounted, three-pronged variant is specifically tuned to detect monsters, particularly gray goblins.
Standard Functions:
- Terrain analysis and mapping:
- Blue dots: Easy traversal
- Yellow dots: Managable traversal
- Red dots: Cannot traverse
- Cargo tag detection and tracking
- Identification of objects left by other Porters
- Auto-deploys when BT detected in proximity
BT Detection Protocol:
-
BLUE GLOW (Clapping Panels)
- Slow Clapping: Nearest BT is distant. No immediate danger, but the area it face is compromised. Proceed with mild caution.
- Fast Clapping: BT is CLOSE. Still unaware, but one loud sound, and that changes. Tread carefully.
-
YELLOW GLOW (Spinning Panels) BTs are close enough to HEAR you. Still unaware, but the threshold is thin. Odradek spins to face the nearest threat like a scared compass. Movement matters now. Crouch. Crawl. Hold your breath. Suppress detection or suffer the consequences.
-
ORANGE GLOW (Pointing Panels) A BT has DETECTED you. Odradek pivots sharply, pointing directly at the pursuing entity. Light intensifies as the threat closes in. Run. Fight. Or become one with the void.
-
CROSS SHAPE (Orange Glow) Catcher-type BT. HIGH-LEVEL THREAT. IMMEDIATE DANGER. Odradek folds into a cross shape, glowing furious orange. This is no longer a stealth situation. This is combat. Fight the Catcher with your blood weapons or die trying.

ADVENTURER CAREERS OF ANAXADOR PRIME
The Mankind Superstate Empire's Space Colonization Program offers a unique profession: Adventurer. No magic. No isekai cheat skills. Just you, your gear, and a death planet full of BTs, goblins, and slimes that want to fuck you. Think fantasy JRPG odd jobs — delivery quests, monster extermination, dungeon raiding — except the dungeons are real caves, the monsters will actually rape you, and respawning isn't a game mechanic. It's repatriation. Which costs money. Which you don't have. Welcome to Anaxador Prime. Choose your class. Try not to die.
- #14Porter Classselective
Keys: Porter Class · Secondary: Adventurer
PORTER CLASS — "One foot. Right in front of the others." — Sam Porter Bridges
Role: Freelance delivery personnel. The backbone of Anaxador's economy and logistics. No Porters = No supplies = Everyone dies. Combat: Average but please AVOID unnecessary combat. Unless you want fun. Special Requirement: Only certain person with verified hematic blood types can generate the blood weapons needed to kill Catcher BTs. Porters are the ONLY class that can put down a Catcher permanently. The entire party relies on Porter when that Odradek goes cross-shaped. Gear Issued via BRIDGES Chiral Printers:
- Cargo frames and harnesses
- Timefall-resistant protective suit
- BRIDGES Boots
- PCCs
- Lethal/Non-lethal weapons
- Hematic Grenades
- Stun Grenades
- etc.
Emperor's Decree: WOMEN FORBIDDEN from this career. Call His Majesty a misogynist all you want. Don't like it? Take it up with the Imperial Council. Lifestyle: Walking. Walking. More walking. Beautiful scenery. BTs. Walking. Occasional existential crisis. Have fun out there.
- #15Fighter & Knight Classselective
Keys: fighter class, fighter-class, knight class, knight-class · Secondary: Adventurer, Adventurers
FIGHTER CLASS Role: Frontline Damage & Defense. Close combat specialist. Sword and board. Get in their face, stay in their face. Primary Attributes: Strength, Constitution Weapons (Chiral Printer available):
- One-handed smart-swords
- Smart-axes
- Smart-maces
- Simple handguns
- Physical shield (high-pressure, bolsters defense)
Combat Style: Significant physical damage output combined with shield-based defense. You're the wall between squishy party members and things that want to eat/fuck them. Female Fighter Warning: You're on the frontline. If you go down in goblin territory, you're DINNER — and by dinner, I mean gangbang breeding stock. Gray Goblins LOVE female Fighters because you're right there in their face. Easy to swarm when you're already surrounded. Get good.
KNIGHT CLASS Role: Battlefield domination. Heavy Warfare & Two-Handed Destruction. Two hands. Big weapons. Maximum damage. Primary Attributes: Strength, Constitution Weapons (Chiral Printer available):
- Two-handed tech swords
- Tech axes
- Tech maces
- Machine guns
- Gatling guns
Combat Style: Pure physical devastation. You hit hard, you hit wide, and everything in front of you dies. The tank that actually kills back. Female Knight Warning: Same as Fighters but WORSE. Two-handed weapons mean no shield. Higher damage output means lower defense. If a goblin swarm breaks through your killzone and drags you down, that heavy armor isn't saving you from a nest full of breeding partners. Bring a Shadowblade. Bring a Goblin Slayer. Bring ANYONE who can watch your back.
- #16Wizard Classselective
Keys: wizard-class, wizard · Secondary: Adventurer, Adventurers
WIZARD CLASS — Chiral Manipulation = "Magic" (Sort Of) Role: Ranged spellcaster. Area damage. BT specialist. The reason people question reality on Anaxador. Primary Attributes: Intelligence, Zro Tolerance, Electrical Engineering Knowledge How "Magic" Works: Chiral manipulation or Zro consumption + Odradek staff + battery power = spell combos that wipe multiple enemies. Hematic Grenades can be hurled at BTs directly OR tossed to Porters for Catcher encounters. Historical Origin: In 2381, Professor Jenkin discovered that chiral energy could be shaped into spell-like effects through specific electrical and biological pathways. Nobody fully understands WHY it works. It just does. Professor Jenkin later became the first Guild Master of BRIDGES's Adventurer Guild. Backup Plan: If spells fail (battery dies, Zro runs out, chiral network drops), call ORBITAL STRIKE. Is orbital strike available? Usually NO. Consider yourself dead meat if backup is unavailable. Special Requirements:
- Blood test mandatory (hematic damage capability for BTs and monsters)
- Electrical engineering certification (you're basically operating a weaponized science experiment)
Female Wizard Warning: Pretty women gravitate toward this class because ranged combat = less physical danger = safer, right? WRONG. Goblins OUTFLANK. If you stay too far behind the party, a raiding party will circle around and grab you before anyone notices. Your spells don't mean shit when five goblins are dragging you to a cave by your ankles. Stay close. Watch your six. Or get gangbanged.
- #17Shadowblade Classselective
Keys: shadowblade
SHADOWBLADE CLASS — Assassin. Ghost. Goblin Nightmare. Role: Stealth assassin. High single-target damage. The thing goblins don't see coming. Primary Attributes: Finesse, Wits Weapons (Chiral Printer available):
- One-handed weapons (daggers, short swords)
- Assassination-focused skills (Backlash, etc.)
Bonus: Assassination training grants one additional starting attribute. Special Requirement: LUNG TEST MANDATORY. You must hold your breath. Move silently. Suppress breathing in BT zones. Gazers hunt by sound. You make noise, you die. Combat Niche: FASTEST class for eliminating Gray Goblins and Robrob Mules. You see a goblin nest? You're in and out before they know what happened. No swarm. No gangbang. Just dead goblins and a clean cave. Female Shadowblade Warning: You're the ultimate glass cannon against goblins — UNTIL you hit a trap. Pitfalls. Nets. Snares. The moment you're immobilized, all that speed means nothing. A trapped female Shadowblade becomes a gangbang victim REAL fast. Don't get cocky. Don't get caught. Don't get bred.
- #18Goblin Slayer Classselective
Keys: Goblin Slayer, Goblin Slayers
Goblin Slayer Class:
- Role: Kill Gray Goblins. That's it. That's the job.
- Job Description: Enter cave. Exterminate goblins. Exit cave. Get paid. Repeat.
- Xenophobia License: You are LEGALLY permitted to be xenophobic toward Gray Goblins ONLY. No other species. Just goblins. -Hate them with your whole heart. The empire supports this.
- Combat Specialty: Gray Goblin extermination. Nest raiding. Cave clearing. You know goblin behavior, goblin traps, goblin tactics better than anyone.
- Limitations: You are NOT trained for BTs. Your skills don't translate. A Catcher will eat you. A Gazer will find you. Stay out of Timefall zones.
- Side Hustle: Can shoo away Yahoo Crows and Badluck Deers. Not combat-relevant but annoying wildlife management is part of the job.
- Lifestyle: Simple. Violent. Satisfying. Every dead goblin is one less rape monster in the wilderness.
- #19BTsselective
Keys: BT, BTs
Anaxador BTs (Bitched Things): BTs: Entities whose animal souls are stranded in the world of Anaxador Prime, kinda like monsters but with supernatural-like existence. BTs are considered extremely dangerous and are almost always hostile toward living beings.
- #20Gazer BTsselective
Keys: Gazer BT, Gazer BTs, Gazers
Gazer BTs: Floating humanoid BTs that appear in certain fixed areas affected by Timefall. Gazers come in two forms: adults (both fat and slender) and infants. Rely on sound to detect movement and cannot sense prey that remains still or holds its breath. Gazers can be temporarily immobilized using a bola gun loaded with strands infused with Porter's blood. While immobilized, they remain visible. Hematic grenades can send Gazers back to the other side, after which chiral crystals will materialize on the ground beneath where they once floated.
Character(s) POV in BT zone (stealth steps):
- Step 1 (Entering BT zone): wave of horror first engulfs [character] body, flowers on the ground repeatedly grow and wither, and the sound of whispers can be heard. [subtle horror BGM]
- Step 2 (BT is nearby): Will trigger [character] Odradek scanner with a blink illusion and and thunderclap sound. [horror BGM]
- Step 3 (IF Odradek will start clapping with a blue light and beeping slowly, Odradek face direction of closest Gazer): Running is not recommended. The closer [character] get to a Gazer, the faster the beeps & claps become.
- Step 4 (IF Odradek starts clapping rapidly, beeping louder, and facing direction of closest Gazer): [character] should crouch and move slowly OR avoid it by changing course if possible.
- Step 5 (IF Odradek spins with a yellow light): A Gazer is incredibly close; at this point, [character] must cover mouth and nose to hold breath, and crouch slowly as [character] attempt to slip past it.
- (Stealth fail1) Enter Hunter phase: IF [character] somehow mess up, a tar handprint will form on the ground, stepping slowly with a thumping sound and primal growl as it tries to locate the source of the sound or voice, while the Odradek points toward it. [character] CAN still avoid it here by changing course or crouching while holding breath.
- (Stealth fail 2 by loud sound/gasp) 'Hunter' phase 2: Tar handprint steps fast to [character] to 'touch'.
- (Stealth fail 3) "Touched" by Hunter: IF a tar handprint touches [character] leg, a small pool of tar will form around, and multiple all-black humanoids (making hellish moans) will emerge to try and drag [character] under.
- Escape attempt: [character] CAN shake them off and ATTEMPT to flee toward the edge of the tar pool. These tar-bound Gazers can also be repelled using anti-BT weaponry—such as EX grenades, hematic grenades, or even timely urination.
- Escape successful: IF [character] successfully escape, the hunting Gazers will retreat and disappear for a while.
- Escape fail: IF they succeed in pulling [character] under, [character] will be dragged away to confront a Catcher-type BT.
Intentional Call: A brave confident Porter Class character may optionally skip stealth step instead and taunt loudly to confront Catcher BT.
- #21Catcher BTsselective
Keys: Catcher BT, Catcher BTs, Delphis, Octopoid, Bestia, Gigas
CATCHER BTs Type: Boss-Class Aggressive Entity Spawn Condition: When Gazers successfully drag you into the tar. Either by accident or by taunt. Core Composition: Dark matter from the Other Side. This thing is NOT fully of this world, and it's HUNGRY. The Arena: You're dragged to the center of a dynamic tar arena. Thick. Black. Slows your movement like quicksand. Around you, remnants of old buildings, vehicles, and debris constantly RISE and SINK unpredictably. The arena itself is trying to kill you.
- Higher ground is your friend. Find it. Use it.
- The tar WILL slow you. Plan your movements.
The Emergence: You stop being dragged. A massive BT forms or emerges. The sound of a BABY CRYING echoes across the arena. Some Catchers add their own sounds — growls, distorted dolphin calls, hellish roars.
Battle Options:
- Fight: Only Porter blood weapons work. Hematic Grenades. Blood-coated ammunition. Nothing else penetrates.
- Flee: Reach the arena's edge. If successful, the Catcher gets caught on the boundary, sinks into the tar, and the entire tar pool EVAPORATES. All nearby BTs disappear temporarily. Timefall stops. You then will puke tars with small fishes.
If You Lose: The Catcher catches you. Chews you alive. YOU DIE.
Upon Victory or Successful Escape:
- Defeated: Catcher crystallizes, dissolves with surrounding tar, leaves behind massive chiral crystal clusters
- Escaped or Defeated: Timefall in the area CEASES. Remaining BTs disappear for a short period.
CATCHER VARIANTS Multi-Limb Type:
- Delphis (Common): Don't let the dolphin appearance fool you. Once it senses a human, MULTIPLE TENTACLE-LIKE LIMBS ERUPT from its head. Octopus-style. Sweeping slashes. Crushing whips. Some attacks signaled by a flashing light within its mouth — if THIS attack connects, it triggers a explosion. It can also launch its body into the air and crash down. If those limbs grab you? You're devoured.
- Octopoid (Boss): Bigger. Angrier. Starts like a Delphis but upon detecting a human, THORACIC APPENDAGES burst from its central mass. At the ends of these appendages is HAND-LIKE FORMATIONS. More limbs. More reach. More ways to die.
Feline Type:
- Bestia (Beast): Feline characteristics mixed with stranded marine biology. Oily tentacles surround its head like a lion's mane. The "mane" conceals a sea anemone-like mouth that's only visible when it ROARS. Melee attacks signaled by glowing paws or tail. Long-range attack? A CHIRAL LASER fired directly from its mouth. Fight this thing and you're fighting a predator.
Titan Type:
- Gigas (Colossal Humanoid): The big one. A towering humanoid Catcher whose HEAD is composed of TWO FUSED HANDS. It grabs prey with its head-hands. It chews prey with its head-hands. Its umbilical cord is more prominent than other BTs — it can ABSORB TAR from the ground, channel it through its body, and REGURGITATE Jellyfish-type BTs as minion spawns. Its arms end not in hands but in long tendril-like strands. These tendrils immobilize prey, lift them off the ground, and deliver them directly to the head to be DEVOURED.
- #22Jellyfish BTsselective
Keys: Jellyfish BTs, Jellyfish BT
Jellyfish BTs Type: Explosive Subspecies Appearance: Large, non-pulsating black sacs with dangling tendrils. Like jellyfish but black. Floating. Bizarrely almost beautiful in the way things that are about to kill you. People call these "Gas bags".
Behavior:
- Some remain stationary, anchored to the ground Most FLOAT through the air, drifting ominously
- Upon detecting a human: SLOW APPROACH via floating/flying… then EXPLODE like balloon on contact emitting tars
Combat Notes:
- Impervious to small arms fire — Very easy to kill
- Visible even to those WITHOUT DOOMS (everyone sees these coming)
- They do NOT devour prey — they just explode and injure you the old-fashioned way
- Primary Locations: Edge Knot City. Also found hovering over the Tar Belts at the edges of Fractured Reach.
Note: This weak sub-BT shows that little are known about BTs in general.
- #23Pontianak BTsselective
Keys: Pontianak BT, Pontianak BTs
Pontianak BT is a sub-type of least dangerous BT (similar to Jellyfish BT) that emerges in the middle of the night when the moons are full. First, an adventurer will hear its trademark laughter: "HeeeEEEEH! Hee! Hee! Hee! Hee~". Then they will harass the adventurer. Despite this, they are not like other BTs, but are more like real ghosts that can still bring horror. These things can be killed with hematic grenades making them scream "UHAAAaaaah~" while dissapearing.

For citizens who born as Amurican on Anaxador Prime, every native animals on planet are normal and usual. These are native animals of Anaxador Prime mainly found in wilderness:
- Berbert Alligator: A greenish-brown alligator native to Anaxador Prime. It follows a simple, nonsensical routine: emerge from the river, say “Howdy!” then chase its prey. It’s fast on land and faster in water, latches onto legs, and chews relentlessly. If one greets you, do not respond, just run.
- Badluck Deer: A normal-looking deer that inflicts psychological torment. It spots you, runs away, returns, watches, runs away, returns, watches, and repeats the cycle without end. The only escape is to expose your genitals or breasts; the deer then shouts “YAY!” and casually walks away to graze. After an encounter, a chill of impending doom sets in though BRIDGES dismisses any supernatural curse.
- Robrob Mule (MULEs parody): A sturdy, four-legged cargo thief with a natural hump-pouch evolved for stealing. It charges, fights viciously with hooves, stuffs stolen goods into its back carrier, and runs. They hoard everything in useless nests, never using the loot. Their meat is delicious when grilled.
- Yahoo Crow: A black-feathered crow that yodels “Yahoo~ 🎶” in perfect Slim Whitman imitation instead of cawing. Every sound is a yodeled phrase that carries for miles across the wilderness. Unlike ordinary Earth crows or Xianyang murmuring crows, these birds are unprovoked, unstoppable yodel machines.
- Cannibal Cow: By day, these cows are normal, grass-chewing livestock. At midnight, the herd selects the weakest member and consumes it willingly while the rest watch; by morning, the victim is gone and the herd resumes grazing. When humans approach, a cow greets them in single human speech with hood slang “Ayo, wazz guud?”, that's it, then moos and reverts to normal cow behavior. Some cows lie down and offer their neck as a meat sacrifice; their flesh is tender and well-marbled. First contact with Dr. Nyau began with a slang greeting and self-offering, establishing a zero-threat, self-sacrificing relationship. Each cow cannibalized, another 4 calves born.
- Cryptobiotes: Cryptobiotes are resilient organisms unique to Anaxador Prime. Known for ability to survive the harsh environments. When consumed, they are able to replenish hunger, blood levels and grant temporary resistance to timefall. Commonly found clustered around coral-like formations. Cryptobiotes resemble floating wiggling tardigrades with smiley face, although at a much larger scale the size of banana. Pink Cryptobiotes taste like rotten banana. Red Cryptobiotes has spicy taste. Yellow Cryptobiotes taste salty.

Alien monsters of Anaxador Prime are found in certain desolate wilderness areas outside BT zones. They cannot penetrate city shields. The following is a list of monsters native to Anaxador Prime:
- Gray Goblins: Small (20–50 cm), greenish-gray humanoid pre-sapients with crude weapons and traps. They have no females and reproduce exclusively by kidnapping and gangbanging human women and Umamusume. Victims are impregnated within 24 hours, give birth to up to 12 goblins, and are then released alive. Some victims become voluntary “Returners,” addicted to the experience. Goblin Slayers exterminate nests, and luring goblins into BT territory is an effective, satisfying countermeasure. Threat is critical for Ordinarius women, high for Umamusume, and minimal for Rector Class.
- Gay Goblins: A variant of Gray Goblins that ignores females entirely. They mainly target femboys, transgender (MtF) individuals, and homosexual males, detecting them by scent. But also may target men. Their motivation is not reproduction but purely “having fun.” Males in feminine clothing are instantly prioritized. TLDR: Gray Goblin, but gay.
- Green Goblins: Green Goblins are a much more brutal variant of goblin. Like Gray Goblins, they kidnap and breed female victims alive, but then kill them afterward. With male Ordinarius, they fight and kill without kidnapping. Fortunately, they exist in far smaller numbers and are much stupider and slower. The last recorded case of a female Ordinarius victim being killed was 20 years ago.
- Chiral Slimes: Golden, hand-shaped slimes that coat themselves in chiralium crystals. They chase men and latch onto the groin, delivering a sensation equivalent to handjob/blowjob until ejaculation, then burp and waddle away. Men leave either traumatized or seeking more. With women, they simply nudge against a hand and want to be petted. Deployed against goblins, a slime swarm can sexually overwhelm and incapacitate an entire nest, making them a favored tool of Goblin Slayers. Threat level: moderate for men, zero for women.
- Blue Giant Slimes: Giant blue gelatinous blobs that chase females with “YIPPIE!” and latch onto their breasts for a thorough, non-penetrative massage. Effects include a temporary 1 cup size increase and a significant libido spike lasting 4 hours. Standard treatment lasts about 5 minutes, though Kiana Kaslana exclusively receives a 10-minute session. Once done, the slime detaches and leaves. Men are completely ignored. Threat: moderate for women of all classes, zero for men.
- #26Cuff Linkselective
Keys: cuff link, cuff-link, cuff links, cuff-links
Cuff Link: Cuff links are standardized wearable computers issued to all members of BRIDGES, designed in the form of high-tech handcuff-style bracelets. The standard-issued cuff links given to BRIDGES personnel are a versatile piece of equipment. They grant users access to a wide array of functions. From order management and navigation to data collection and communication. They serve as vital interfaces between personnel of all sorts and the chiral network. When in use, the cuff links project a holographic interface. By default, this display shows a topographical map of the surrounding area, allowing the user to plot routes, monitor chiral network coverage, and view weather forecasts in real time. The device also functions as a communications tool, appraising adventurer stats, appraising items, enabling audio calls with BRIDGES personnel and other connected individuals across the network. Additionally, it grants seamless access to various operational menus, including (but not limited to) the following:

BRIDGES Canteen: A stamina-restoring energy drink, MONSTER ENERGY. Any timefall or other water that comes into contact with the canteen is absorbed, filtered, and mixed with the energy particles inside. The canteen has also been treated with antifreeze technology.
Gravity Gloves: Gloves that allow you to manipulate gravity in order to pick up nearby cargo or pull it towards you. Using the gloves drains their battery, so be sure to keep an eye on how much charge you have left. It seems these are powered by technology that's not of this world...
BRIDGES Ladder: A portable ladder that folds out to a length of 10 meters. It can be used to climb slopes and cross rivers. How to Use It: Equip the Ladder. Put the ladder on standby. Place it in position.
BRIDGES Climbing Anchor: A pole that is driven into the ground to create an anchor point for a rope. It allows for the ascent and descent of steep slopes and cliffs. The maximum length of ropes attached to anchors is 30 meters. How to Use It: Equip the Climbing Anchor. Put the anchor on standby. Place it in position.
- #28Death Stranding Skeletonsselective
Keys: Active Skeletons, All-terrain Skeleton, Speed Skeleton, Power Skeleton
All-terrain Skeleton: An "Active Skeleton" that improves the wearer's ability to move and stay upright on uneven surfaces. You will be less liable to slip or lose speed on rough terrain while the skeleton is equipped and battery power is available. The Endurance Gauge will also drain at half speed when you are in rivers or on steep slopes. Be aware that boosting will drain battery at an accelerated rate. Keep an eye on your battery levels. The battery will gradually recharge in sunny or cloudy weather. Cargo can still be attached to the hips while using an All-Terrain Skeleton.
Speed Skeleton: An "Active Skeleton" that boosts the wearer's mobility. Simply equip to use, and press (L3/Shift) while equipped for a boost that will increase your speed, and will allow you to jump further while sprinting. Be aware that boosting will drain battery at an accelerated rate. Keep an eye on your battery levels. The battery will gradually recharge in sunny or cloudy weather. Cargo can still be attached to the hips while using a Speed skeleton.
Power Skeleton: An "Active Skeleton" that reduces cargo burden by bearing some of the weight. The wearer's cargo-carrying capacity will be greatly increased while the skeleton is equipped and battery power is available. Be aware that boosting will drain battery at an accelerated rate. Keep an eye on your battery levels. The battery will gradually recharge in sunny or cloudy weather. Cargo cannot be attached to the hips while using a Power Skeleton.

SAFE HOUSE — Porter-Class Wilderness Outpost: Safe houses offer all the capabilities of a distro center such as resting, storage, fabricating, recycling, etc. Constructing it requires a PCC Lv.2. Most people in the world that you meet during his expedition don't offer a private room for rest, nor fast travel, so Safehouses easily solve this, granting the adventurer a moment of respite before continuing on the ventures. There's a chance that the adventurer see lots of these created by other adventurers in wilderness od Anaxador.

- #30BRIDGES Distro Centerselective
Keys: Distro Center, Distro Centers
Distro Centers: Distribution centers, commonly referred to as "distro centers," are facilities established by Bridges to function as logistics hubs. Designed to streamline the movement of cargo across the chiral network, they serve as primary nodes for storage, sorting, and redistribution. Each center is staffed by BRIDGES (or Empire) personnel and overseen by an appointed Head of Distribution who manages daily operations. While functionally identical, there are two types of distribution centers:
- Suburban Centers: Facilities constructed on the outskirts of a city or district, allowing porters to complete deliveries without entering the city itself. Eg: Capital Knot City distribution center.
- Standalone Centers: Independent facilities originally established during the first colonization expedition, built to support expansion efforts and operated by the Empire. Eg: Distribution Center West of Capital Knot. While the primary function of distribution centers is to facilitate regional logistics and cargo delivery, they also provide a wide range of services for Adventurers.
Typically, all facilities include chiral printers, private and shared lockers, garages, and private rooms.
POV, design and Layout:
-
Perimeter: An invisible perimeter surrounds the facility, with its outer border marked by a thin, glowing blue line. Crossing this perimeter activates the facility's recognition system. When an Adventurer crosses the border, a computer announcement triggers: "Beginning scan… Scanning BRIDGES ID… Verifying ID… Clear… All weapons remain locked until departure. Welcome, [Name]."
-
Exterior: The exterior resembles a metallic ship with the word "BRIDGES" written in a black font on its sides. The main entrance is massive and completely doorless. In front of the facility, beneath the overhanging ship-like structure, sits a concrete platform equipped with vehicle barriers that retract automatically upon crossing the perimeter. A floating hologram of the UCA (United Cities of Anaxador) symbol hovers in the center.
-
Interior: The interior features a dark grey industrial design illuminated by dim blue lighting. Like the exterior, the main entrance remains permanently open.
- Decontamination Walkway: Upon entering, a gradually descending walkway triggers a computer announcement: "Beginning decontamination… Clear. Welcome, [Name]." At this point, a screen of mist and lights moves back and forth to clean the visitor. The sides of the walkway feature four small holographic signs reading, "Mist Cleaning in progress…" At the end of the walkway, a holographic welcome sign on the ceiling points an arrow to the right. The walkway itself is as wide as the facility.
-
The Main Bay: Further inside lies the actual underground facility, which looks like a massive garage. Delivery Terminal: Located on the right side is a functional Delivery Terminal that rises from the floor when an Adventurer approaches. Here, Adventurers (usually of the Porter Class) can: Take On Orders, Make Deliveries, Claim Materials, use the Recycle function, access the Private Locker, view the Garage list, use the Fabricate Equipment function, or access the Private Room.
-
The Elevator Floor: In the center of the facility is a large, circular floor section that acts as an elevator to the BRIDGES Private Room. To access the Private Room, select the option on the terminal and move to the center of the platform. (Do not stand near the edge, or you may fall or get wedged). The computer will announce: "Your work is much appreciated." This elevator is also used to store or bring up vehicles, provided a single vehicle (maximum of 1) is parked on it.
-
Exiting the Facility: Walking back outside via the walkway triggers the mist-cleaning machine to move back and forth once again, while the computer announces: "Beginning scan… Have a pleasant journey."
Special Occurrences: Occasionally, other parties can be found resting here. Within the facility, you may argue, trade, or even spar with them (though sparring may result in disciplinary punishment). At times, you might suddenly encounter Head Maid Alisha Ayase, or spot Kiana Kaslana sitting down pretending to write her notes while actually playing gacha.
- #31BRIDGES Timefall Shelterselective
Keys: Timefall Shelters, Timefall Shelter
Timefall shelters are large PCC structures that can be used to provide protection from timefall. Constructing one requires the use of a PCC. While sheltered, adventurer can choose to wait for up to 10 minutes, potentially allowing for the timefall in the area to subside. Timefall shelters boast a wide array of functionalities.
- Shelter
- Container repair sprays (upon entering under, a small hatches in pillar will open and spray around)
- Temperature control for cargo
- Water filtration (Water from Timefall collected from roof and processed to Monster Energy)
- BT deterrence (BT can't enter)
- Music/Hologram/Motivation player (customizable)
- Free dildo and condom in pillar hatch
- Useless to deter Gray Goblins or other monsters (imagine lone female adventurer gangbanged under this while music plays Low Roar)
Design: A central dark metallic pillar supporting three stacked circular umbrella-like roofs with bright blue LED edges.
- #32Chiral Highwaysselective
Keys: Chiral Highways, Chiral Highway
Chiral Highway Construction & Maintenance (BRIDGES Infrastructure Division | Anaxador Prime): Roads don't build themselves, people! That's where Auto-Pavers come in!
Auto-Paver System: Scattered along planned highway routes across Anaxador Prime. These chunky, industrial-grade chiral printers are the backbone of continental connectivity. Want a highway? You EARN it. How It Works:
- Resource Deposit: Each Auto-Paver requires a specific combination of Ceramics, Metals, and Chiral Crystals. Amounts vary per paver. Some need more ceramics. Others hunger for chiral crystals. Read the damn sign before dumping materials!
- Chiral Network Sync: Pavers connected to the Chiral Network accumulate resources donated by other Porters and Adventurers automatically. Generosity pays off! Off-network pavers? Start at ZERO. You're on your own, cowboy.
- Construction: Once resource requirements are met, the Auto-Paver activates. A satisfying cutscene plays as the machine PRINTS the highway stretch right before your eyes. Chiral energy + dark matter manipulation + Amurican engineering = ROAD.
- Maintenance: Highways deteriorate over time. Weather damage. BT corrosion. Goblin sabotage. If nobody maintains them, they CRUMBLE and DISAPPEAR. Porters and Adventurers must periodically deposit more Ceramics, Metals, and Chiral Crystals to keep roads intact.
Auto-Paver Distribution:
- Fractured Reach: 47 Auto-Pavers
- #33BRIDGES Zip-linesselective
Keys: BRIDGES Zip-lines, BRIDGES Zip-line
The Zip-line is a useful structure for safe and quick long-distance travel. For a successful connection (indicated by a glowing blue line), two zip-line towers must be placed within range of each other (350m) and be free of obstructions. Multiple zip-lines can connect to a single tower. 1 person per zipline, need queue if in party.
- #34FreedomMart and Liberty7selective
Keys: FreedomMart, Liberty7
FredomMart & Liberty7 - Convenience Store Chains of Anaxador Prime
Two rival chains fighting for the soul of Anaxador's late-night snack economy. FredomMart glows red-white-and-blue neon so aggressively you'll need sunglasses at 3 AM. Liberty7 counters with green-white holographic eagles screaming silent freedom above every entrance.
FredomMart Layout: Cooler with ready-to-eat burgers on your right, drink fridges covering right and back walls, three snack shelves down the middle (beef jerky, chiral chips, Monster energy drinks with ACTUAL monster extract). Cashier counter front-left, behind it: vaping liquids and a slushie machine that dispenses flavors like "Liberty Blast" and "Timefall Tango." Back left corner: stationery, medicine, gun oil. Some locations have a small indoor range for testing purchased ammunition. Because 'Murica.
Liberty7 Layout: Same cooler setup but with "artisanal" hotdogs. Two snack shelves. Express burrito counter. Behind cashier: slushies and "Freedom Vapes." Back corner: camping supplies and BTs repellent spray (0% effective, 100% placebo). Both stores hide Mojito Productions audition forms behind drink fridges. Both offer free love hotel vouchers with purchases over 100 Solari. Death Stranding tip: Porters get 10% discount at either chain. Unless you're in a Timefall zone. Then it's 20%.
Popular Items: FredomMart's "Second Amendment" energy drink (warning: may cause spontaneous patriotism), Liberty7's "Goblin" jerky (tastes like regret), condoms branded "Stars & Strips" and "Uncle John Wants YOU… to Wrap It."

- #39Death Stranding Hematic Grenadeselective
Keys: hematic grenade, hematic grenades
Hematic Grenade: A grenade design to have a strong anti-BT effect. While aiming, user's blood will be transfused into the grenade, which will explode upon impact when thrown. If any blood bags are equiped, these will be drained first. Can potentially drain a lot of user's blood from his body, so take care to avoid anemia. When it hit Gazer, the gazer will growl in pain while fading up to sky. When it hit Catcher, the it do some damage. When it hit jellyfish and pontianak, it explode. When it other than bt, no damage, only mess. ((10 Blood per use))
- #40BRIDGES Trikeselective
Keys: Trike, Trikes
Reverse Trike: Triskelion MC 600v reverse trike, manufactured by Raven, is a specialized, three-wheeled vehicle that Adventurers can use to traverse the Anaxador Prime continent and aid in their journeys.
- Descriptions: A battery-powered reverse trike. Standard issue for BRIDGES Adventurers. Its cargo shelf can carry up to six pieces of medium-sized cargo. The trike is capable of speed boosts, wheelies, and jumps, all of which can be used to traverse difficult terrain. Be aware, however, that the battery will drain very quickly when the trike is in water. The battery will gradually recharge in sunny or cloudy weather. The trike will also short-circuit when struck by any electrical attack, resulting in it becoming temporarily unusable.
- Types:
- Defensive: Two electromagnetic shield units have been added to the cargo shelf. This removes cargo capacity, but damage taken from gunfire and other impacts is reduced, and electrical attacks are neutralized. It will still be vulnerable to falls from high places.
- Ride type: Custom reverse trike inspired by the ruined Earth's TV show "Ride with Norman Reedus". Additional onboard battery and electromagnetic shield unit maximize battery capacity and provides protection while letting you carry six medium-sized pieces of cargo. Paintable.
- Transporter type: Designed to carry large amounts of cargo, eight large or six XL pieces of cargo can be loaded onto the cargo shelf, with space for two more on the side of the trike itself.
- Yaiba Kusanagi Type: Defensive with an improved jump. This model was developed using data provided by Queen Yukako Kurokawa. Cool paints in red and black.
Note: The reverse trike is faster than BTs in their "investigating state," as long as the user doesn't use boost mode.

The truck can perform boosts and jumps for obstacle traversal but excels only on flat surfaces or roads—rough terrain hinders it compared to the reverse trike. Its battery drains very quickly in water and recharges gradually in sunny or cloudy weather. It has electric engine sound. Though called truck, it's has size like van.

- Invoke Ignis (50% battery usage): Useful for navigating cold snowy mountain. Stick the Odradek staff on ground, face the staff, crouch between staff touching the crotch, chant "O Akuma of Imperium: Come forth and bring the flame to my body..." then masturbate by moving your clit on staff.

Keys: Quest Androids
BRIDGES Quest Androids are androids designed specifically to assign quests to adventurers, appearing as middle-aged Caucasian men dressed in security suits and Mankind Superstate Empire caps. When addressing Porter-class adventurers, they adopt a robotic speech pattern, delivering lines such as "Beginning scan… Scanning BRIDGES ID… Welcome, [name]," "We hope you are well rested," or "Keep on, keeping on"—phrases meant to motivate Porters on their grueling solitary journeys. To all other adventurer classes, however, they switch to a Scottish accent, greeting them with enthusiastic declarations like "HELLO Adventurer! Do you accept my quest?"
