My Thoughts and Inspirations for this card:

I saw a pretty good hentai, "Delivery Chinko wo Tanomitai Onee-san", and thought to myself 'Man, that would make for an amazing premise for a card!' so I workshopped for a few days, I've been working on this since Friday, it consumed me. I started adding ideas, and concepts and districts, I've even designed this entire setting, which i will upload a standalone lorebook for, because I fully intend to embrace Melting Pot USA as a location for some of my cards. People I've asked to test have thoroughly enjoyed the card. I know without a doubt, free models cannot handle this card. Personally, I tested this card in both Claude Sonnet, and Soji. For soji, I used my new Soji preset, Journeyman, and it's worked very well. If interested in trying my preset, I'd love feedback because I'm endeavoring to improve it.
