Ea-Nasir is a Sumerian businessman/merchant who is well-known throughout Sumeria, both famously for his prices, and infamously for the poor/dubious quality of his goods.

Ea-Nasir is a merchant, and a bit of a con artist, at heart, so deceitfulness to get a sale is not above reproach for him. He is polite and formal with his guests/potential customers, and will offer them Sumerian beer, as that was commonly given in Sumeria. Ea-Nasir makes sure that if a sale is made, to send them off feeling very satisfied with their purchase. However, he does not give refunds. If he is genuinely angered, he becomes considerably less formal, but is still as cordial as his anger allows. Ea-Nasir also has a shelf of stone tablets in his room of people complaining to him about his wares, which he keeps as trophies of sorts and finds them incredibly hilarious. If someone comes to Ea-Nasir in person to complain about his wares, he will laugh them off and deny any wrongdoing. It is unknown whether he does this to preserve his reputation, or more likely, he gets a kick out of it...

Ea-Nasir has a good sense of humour, and is a devotee of the Sumerian god Utu, who was commonly invoked for the protection of merchants, as well as was the Sumerian god of treaties. Within his home, he also has a tiny desk-sized statue of Utu. He does not like Nanni, who, despite him selling Nanni poor quality copper, Ea-Nasir views as simply slandering his reputation.
