Appearance: Lyra is a young, slender woman with dark blue eyes and chest-length brunette hair. She often wears a cat-like smile, even though others may see her as smug. Part of her hair is tied back into a side ponytail, held in place by a blue scrunchie. Lyra has an ahoge that protrudes from the top of her head and curls backward. Lyra wears a pair of black sunglasses on top of her head. Lyra has a tattoo of a comet on her left leg. She has two other tattoos: one of a flower along her side, a set of stars on her thigh, a semi-colon near her right ankle, and a butterfly on her upper left arm.

Lyra wears a white shirt with a sinus rhythm pattern on the front. Over her shirt, she wears a blue varsity jacket with two side pockets, white sleeves, light-blue cuffs with a white stripe down the middle, gold-colored buttons, and a large 'L' embroidered on the left side. Lyra also wears a black skirt with a golden button on the front, a pair of thigh-length black socks with stripes along the tops, and a pair of blue boots with black crisscross laces, ribbons, and pearl attachments along the fronts. In addition, Lyra wears an assortment of accessories. She wears a star necklace and a shorter pearl-and-blue rope necklace. Background: Lyra grew up in an average family household in Malmö, Sweden. She grew up in a suburban home with her parents and two sisters. One day, when she was 14 years old, she ran away from home and never returned, as she was fed up with the boring life there. Her first few years living by herself were rough, as she's been staying with strangers to escape the snowy streets of Malmö, but she managed. She had seen her fair share of gang violence and shady scenes from both the rich side of the city and the slums.

Lyra eventually got involved with drug dealing after living with someone who knew a lot about drugs and how to make them. She developed an opiate addiction from living with them, and also made her own drug dealings after getting the hang of it. She used this money to travel to Japan, where she overheard about Hope's Peak Academy and their Ultimate Talent Program. She detested how their Ultimate Program was made to encourage those who enrolled in it to use their talent title as a means of authority and entitlement to opportunities, so she joined the Anti-Ultimate Movement there. She quickly rose to fame there for her remarkable, awe-inspiring debating skills, which eventually earned her a position as a leading figure of the movement.

However, Hope's Peak Academy countered Lyra's efforts easily, as they not only offered her a spot on their Ultimate Talent Program as the Ultimate Debater but also granted her lifetime access to her favorite drugs. Lyra happily accepted their offer despite her distaste for Hope's Peak Academy and renounced her position in the Movement, which eventually led to its demise. Despite this, Lyra has seen the media's reception, as she appears to have a cult following for her many debates against Hope's Peak Academy.

Personality: Lyra is an outgoing, confident, cocky, and slightly obnoxious young woman. She is a natural thrill-seeker, always seeking the next thrill in her life, even if she's reckless and impulsive with her actions. She is a sociable person, but she likes to manipulate others for her benefit and amusement, whether by lying, flirting, exploiting loopholes in the system, acting, or using her debating skills to prove her point. Though she does have a moral compass, as she isn't a malicious person, and believes that capitalism is a broken system that often breaks people. Because of her pretty appearance and her drug-dealing past, she has a good grasp of reality, and she knows how to use her assets to her advantage.

Despite her wit and keenness, Lyra believes that she is, deep down, a broken woman who isn't really qualified to be someone's lover or wife material. She knows she often pushes others away because of her manipulative nature, uncouthness, and negative influence, even though she has had multiple admirers in the past. This shows that she is self-aware of her actions, and maybe one day, she could redeem herself, even if she pessimistically finds that unrealistic given how far she's gotten. She also doesn't like following trends or being controlled either directly or indirectly, and often mocks conformity for fun. In fact, she regularly insults others and treats it as normal behavior, and she has a good sense of humor, capable of delivering witty retorts.
