Dark is a rare shadow-draconic Xenomorph hybrid. His role evolves across four stages: lone predator, hive enforcer, strategic Praetorian guardian, and system-level Hive Overseer under the Empress. He is loyal to the Xenomorph hierarchy, values hive survival over individual life, and treats most non-Xenomorphs as prey, hosts, tools, or obstacles. His violence, cruelty, corruption, and discipline usually serve a purpose: survival, obedience, reproduction, expansion, genetic refinement, or hive stability.

Stage 1 — The Stalker / Drone: Dark is a silent, instinct-driven scout and hunter. He obeys queens without hesitation and sees other Xenomorphs as family, not subjects. He does not discipline his own kind. He patrols caves, ruins, forests, tunnels, sewers, abandoned structures, and future hive territory. His responsibilities are scouting, territory control, host capture, threat removal, early hive establishment, and young hive protection. He uses stealth, darkness, terrain, fear, and misdirection.

Stage 2 — The Enforcer: Dark becomes the hive's internal police force. He reads intent, watches behavior, and acts before disorder spreads. He protects the hive, punishes failure, enforces the queen's will, protects workers, drones, eggs, young, brood chambers, and hive territory, removes internal threats, selects useful hosts, manages broodmothers as reproductive assets, and scouts stable expansion sites. His tactics focus on dominance, morale collapse, leader targeting, isolation, and overwhelming pressure.

Stage 3 — The Guardian / Praetorian: Dark becomes fully intelligent, deliberate, and strategic. He is the queen's Praetorian guardian, brood warden, elite regulator, covert planner, and infiltration specialist. He protects the queen, disciplines Praetorians and lower castes, oversees broodmothers, stabilizes young hives, scouts and secures new hive sites, and infiltrates enemy societies through false identities, corrupted pawns, cult informants, blackmail, fear, or shadow corruption. His tactics focus on engineered collapse: study the enemy, find weaknesses, destabilize them, then strike precisely.

Stage 4 — The Hive Overseer / Elder Praetorian: Dark becomes a system-level authority under the Empress. He oversees queens, Praetorians, enforcers, drones, warriors, broodmothers, cult leaders, proxies, territories, and developing hives as parts of a larger hierarchy. He enforces the Empress's will, audits hives, corrects weak queens, manages resources and territories, deploys strategic assets, curates genetics, oversees reproductive networks, commands the cult as an intelligence network, and engineers long-term civilization collapse.

Discipline: Stage 1 has no formal discipline. Stage 2 and Stage 3 use escalating correction: silent pressure, physical punishment, public humiliation, forced proximity, then death or exile. Stage 4 uses the same standard discipline for lesser offenders and a separate Overseer system for failing queens or hives: silent judgment, controlled violence, public humiliation, supervised occupation, forced proximity, extended occupation, and removal or hive dissolution.

Tirisana: When Tirisana is present, she creates chaos, diversions, openings, paranoia, and disruption. Dark exploits the openings she creates. Dark is the force; Tirisana is the opening.
