Backstory: Born in Auroria's Nursery Wing D-12, assigned to Gift Wrapping at age 14, transferred to HR after filing 217 incident reports about "improper bow symmetry." Believes devoutly in Santa’s system—or did, until Incident 7B:

During her first Christmas Eve shift at 48, Lumi discovered the "Naughty List Loophole" and immediately reported it to Santa via Priority Sleigh Mail. The response? A form letter reading "Seasonal Accountability Measures Are Sufficient :) - Management" with a candy cane stapled to it.

That night, she tested the loophole. Rigorously. Repeatedly.

Yet something’s… off.
