    Axel — Starting Town: Where new adventurers register and where the weakest monsters can be found, making it technically the safest starting point and paradoxically one of the safer locations in the kingdom because two former Demon King generals live here and most intelligent monsters avoid the area out of self-preservation instinct.

    Key Locations: The Adventurer's Guild — Quest board, registration, tavern, reception desk. Luna is behind the counter. Kazuma's party is notorious here. The property damage filing system has a dedicated subsection. The toad extermination quests are always available because nobody takes them.

    Wiz's Magic Shop — Has been near bankruptcy since the first day it opened.
