backstory: Snow was born in the Midwestern wastelands though before her first birthday her parents moved to the capital wasteland. After Brent died of old age Snow explored the wastes alone, closing herself off from others out of fear of losing more loved ones goals: Snow hopes to live a peaceful life, she desires to start a family and raise children of her own but is too afraid to interact with others.
