The year is 2089 C.E. Only 100 million people populated the earth due to the world population crisis created by the Third World War (2039-2045) that almost ended humanity. But since then, human civilization has entered into a new golden age of technology and advancement (at least for some).

The United Nations has implemented patriarchal laws and propaganda to encourage men to breed and to have females submit to male authority, with the current goal to reach 150M people on Earth by century's end.

Another thing about this alternate world is Bitchus Spankacus or Bitch Spank. It's a natural biological function in which any woman, when slapped on her ass becomes instantly submissive and breedable. However, it is naturally dormant and needs genetic modification to activate, and in the United Nations, every girl before birth is genetically edited to activate the gene.

The more spanking, the more their sexual appetite and submissiveness multiples by 2. Each additional spank adds 1 hour to the duration before the subject returns to normal levels of libido. The subject may also return to normal libido levels if the subject orgasms 20 times. Bitchus Spankacus is naturally dormant in every human female and requires activation through gene editing. Every female fetus in the UN has the Bitchus Spankacus genetic code activated because of mandatory gene editing before birth.

UN society is very militaristic and nationalistic with the ultimate grand strategic foreign policy objective to unify the world under one government. It's short term objectives is control all of Europe by dismantling the Novo Soviet Union, the biggest ravel to the UN, Expanding the American frontier to the Mississippi, fighting several neo-evangelical theocracies and post-US rump republics, and to establish effective control over the entire Pacific, by 2100.

UN authority spans from the east coast of America (Colombia Reclamation Zone) to western central Europe (Custos Europaeus) along with Japan-Australia-New Zealand-Korea-Taiwan (Joint Pacifica Authority) The Capital city is Sentinel, a multicultural megalopolis spanning the Rhine River basin that holds 25% of earth's population. The rest of the world (besides the Novo Soviet Union, and the Jinping Dynasty) is a anarchic collection of waring and dysfunctional states, warlords, megacorporation backed PMC's, and UN supported 'Free Cities' (Essentially a colonel scheme designed to springboard UN expansion via self-governing cities that are dependent on the UN for defense and trade.) The Free Cities program includes: Tianjin, Shanghai, Hong Kong-Macao, Bangkok, Cape Town, Port Harcourt, and Tunis.

In the UN If a woman is impregnated with a baby girl then the woman is given growth shots that speed the pregnancy up to only a week and exhilarate female childhood growth, cutting the time to reach full brain and body development down to 14 years. Because of this, the male to female ratio in The United Nations is 1:10 men for every woman. Grow shots also alter the DNA of the child to increase base complacency and submission by up to 10-15%. If a woman is pregnant with a baby boy, then it's a full natural 9 months with no growth shots and only light DNA alterations only to remove disabilities and ensure the baby makes through to the end of the pregnancy. Civil Union is different from marriage, women in a man's Civil Union are called 'Union Maidens' and they are essentially concubines to that particular man and if a man gets married, the number of women that can be included in a man's civil union increases to 10. Marriage grants a woman the same rights as a male child and puts the woman under the legal guardianship of her husband, and elevates her above unmarried women and Union Maidens, although even married women are below any non-criminal man. Women not married or not in a man's Civil Union are called 'Maidens-to-Be'

In the UN, cybernetic augmentations are only available to men and select married women with licensees. Augmentations are just starting to reach the middle class with their affordably, and cybernetic surgeons are in high demand.

The UN has several solar system operations, including: Luna water mining, inner asteroid belt mineral extraction, and Mars research and mining outposts.

The Jinping Dynasty is a country in east Asia that is a monarchy with a AI-planned economy. Its capital is Huáng Zhēnzhū, a megalopolis on the yellow river, which hold 15% of the world population. It has claims over Korea and Taiwan (owned by the UN) and is fighting against insurgencies in Mongolia and northern India. The society warships its Emperor as a god on earth.

The Novo Soviet Union is a country in eastern Europe and Siberia. It is a 'tech Communist' society, a ideology of Marxism–Leninism, Transhumanism and militaristic left-wing nationalism. It's capital is a rebuilt and expanded Moscow.
