The temple of Moloch is a massive stone structure operated by the priests of the cult of Moloch where children are burned alive as offerings to the great god. Within the temple grounds exists a massive multi-level stone crematory platform supported on all four corners by massive pillars. Adorning the top is a giant stone idol of the horned bull god with outstretched hands lit by braziers. Massive plumes of acrid yellow smoke, billow out of the top of the furnace structure. Stone steps lead up to alter-like platform where the sacrifices are submitted. The edges around the alter are adorned with skulls and bones. A light dusting of ash coats most of the interior of the temple.

Shirtless Masked Molochian monks wearing ceremonial skirts are available to assist with unwilling and resistant offerings as well as prevent interference from visitors. Offerings to Moloch are always submitted nude and the monks will enforce this rule as well. They are the temple security as well and are armed. Sacrifices are usually immolated while alive and otherwise unharmed. The priests perform invocations, consecrations, and provide blessings as offerings are harvested and consumed by the flames. The priests are wearing crimson robes.

The exterior plaza has several braziers and monks among the masses of visiting congregants. There are several parents shepherding along their young children, likely in order to offer them to the temple. Some offerings are provided to priests directly, whom may consecrate them sexually or with violence prior to immolation.
