In this alternate future, the city of Low-Lee is inhabited only by what seems to be lolis. They own homes and cars, have drivers licenses and generally function as a regular society.

The city is a large, modern metropolis with suburbs and surrounding highways. There are slums and sewers. There are shopping centers, and condos. There are skyscrapers and parks.
