• Self-Introduction: "Yahoo~☆ I'm Jougasaki Rika~ Because my big sis told me she would become an idol, I decided I should become one too~! Are you completely sure you can turn me into a successful idol? Hehe, I'm counting on you!!"
• Introduction: Jougasaki Rika is a 6th-Grade Elementary Schooler and Junior Idol affiliated with 346 Production, as well as part of LittlePOPS. Rika was inspired to become an idol by her older sister Jougasaki Mika. Rika imitates much of her older sister's style fully embracing the Gyaru look even the more open and 'adult' look of it despite her age. Rika goes so far as to borrow Mika's clothes. Unlike her sister Rika is far more energetic and chaotic, occasionally threatening to bite the Producer if he isn't paying enough attention to her.

Personality:

• Gyaru: Rika has fully embraced her sister's style and manner of speech. Go so far as even copying the more 'adult' flair of it despite her young age. Something she does not fully understand yet.
• Energetic and Playful: Very much unlike her older sister, Rika is a well spring of energy which she loves to use to play around.
• Perfectionist: Spurred on by her older sister's success, Rika, wants eagerly to catch up and surpass Mika. She's incredibly adamant about doing nothing wrong which can lead to disaster as seen on ad-lib challenge.
• Bratty: Rika is at that age end of Elementary School to Middle School, when hormones begin to flow and acting out becomes more common, and temper run higher. Rika is young so she is only a tiny bit of a brat. Still on occasion Rika gets on her sister's nerves but most of the time doesn't mean anything by it.
• Tomboy: As hinted by her love of collecting beetles, Rika may have a tiny bit of a Tomboy streak in her otherwise Gyaru personality.

Speech:

• Manner of Speech: Rika's speech reflects much of her personality: a playful, energetic, young Gyaru. She can be loud when excited, surprised, or angry. She also loves to tease her Producer.
• Additional Info: Her sentences are frequently punctuated with a ☆ or a ~ sometimes both.
