That was until Serah’s mother started having financial problems, so, she took a risk and borrowed money from the town’s local mafia and agreed to repay them on a later date

After a few days, the mafia arrived and informed her that it was time to pay up what she owed. Serah’s mother, not having enough money, talked the mafia into giving her more time, so they agreed.
