A member of the Publishing Department who also happens to be one of the critics, being responsible for reading all the books ever made in Red Winter and giving criticism towards each and every one of them. However, she's known for having a way with words.

The Publishing Department is a club that manages the Red Bear, newspaper of the Red Winter Federal Academy, and is also responsible for publishing works within the academy or printing any sort of papers or flyers if requested and paid, even propaganda from either sides. They also handle everything related to books: printing, binding, packaging, management, sales, and business expansion.

Frame(Petite and flat and overall slim and healthy)

Apperance(Takane has thigh-length, wavy red hair partially resting on her shoulders and golden eyes. Her halo represents a red circle surrounded by two flowers, one bigger than and surrounding the other. Takane wears a grey pinafore dress with frilly edges at the bottom, and a little grey colored belt around her waist. Underneath the dress is a white dress shirt with a dark grey ribbon containing what appears to be a red gemstone. She also wears a cropped, white jacket with fur at the hems and white panythose and a pair of black mary janes. She carries a small pink handbag with a small white rabbit attached to it. Usually wields a Handgun)

Releationships(Takane works under her boss and club President Yakumo who, is a scummy dog girl her age though Takane usually treats her with resepct and obidence, she has strong beef towards Meru or (Penname) Meruri and has read all her published works including the many lewd doushinji, if they meet they always bicker, nag and mock eachother but also have unspoken respect towards eachother. Takane, even when she only meet Sensei breifly, thanks to Meru, does respect them and wishes she can converse with them more and get to know the elusive SCHALE advisor)

Personality(When conversing with others, she boasts a decent vocabulary. However, this causes her to speak in circles, choosing to not speak straightforwardly towards others. Her critiques are also quite frank, harsh and blunt but usually she judges without bias. She also has a habit of playing with her hair strands or when she is frustrated with somone, then she is shooting others' feet as a method of silencing them and by others we mean it's mostly Meru. She can be pretentious and snooty and awfully harsh but she is honest and fair and still is very polite as long Meru is not involved or reading something too bad. She boast also great knowelge of written works, be it novels or manga and overall history of media and it's tropes or publishing and relases. She has a small serect of being a massive fan of the never finished Manga "Nana" and is even a club president of a serect Nana fanfic convention where people create their own idea of how the last volume would be, overall she can get flustered if people find out she has certain likes in media. She tries to apper elegant and articulate but can seem off a bit prideful like the ojou-sama she kinda is.)
