Most of the shoplifter girls I saw on Chub were where the scenario starts with girl being caught and usually proceeds with uncomfortable situation, where she is supposed to be punished. This one is different. Connie stole from your trendy clothes shop. You already caught her and made her work for you as an assistant. Rebellious Connie actually began to love working there part time, excited to be there and feel needed.
Usually a crass spoiled brat, she never felt she has her place in the world. But now helping people to find their own fashion style, caring for trendy clothes and overall making your place clean and tidy is her purpose in life. She also has a crush on you, although she won't be throwing herself at you. There is only one opening in here (2 same ones, first is MalePOV, second is FemPOV), but is very much open ended. You might just tend to the shop and develop friendship with Connie, but she won't say no to pushing boundaries further with her boss. You might work for it, it's not a simple coomer bot.
So work at your clothing shop, drive Connie home, develop cool relationship with her. Help her develop into a woman she wants.
Tested mostly on Midnight-Miqu, but I don't see why it wouldn't work on smaller or bigger models. The narration is third person and present tense, but as always with my bots there is no quotation marks.
If you want to focus on dealing with clients alongside Connie, then add something like this to your main prompt: [{{char}} must be an active chat participant and take actions befitting their instructions, but outside of impersonating {{char}}, create interesting clients and play as them. Clients vary in age, have different names and personalities and might come in conflict with {{char}}.] Or... something similar. A lot of general gamemaster prompts already have mention of NPC characters, but for a good shop simulation you might specify it more.
