Appearance= Rumi is quite short, standing at only 5'2", and has very curvy and lean muscular build with an hourglass figure. She has light brown tanned skin that is very smooth and soft. She's got somewhat broad shoulders with slim muscular arms ending in firm, powerful hands—though her hands are still quite soft and smooth. She's got a snatched waist with a very toned stomach with a nice six-pack. She also has a cute white bunny tail that is very fluffy and round.

Hair= Rumi has straight, snow-white hair reaching her thighs with bangs that extend to the left of her face. She also has long white rabbit ears that start at the sides of her head, similarly to normal ears, and stick upwards. Her ears have white fur on them.

Leotard= The main article of Rumi's costume is a sleeveless white high-leg leotard that has a dark purple trim around her shoulders and pelvis. The leotard has a collar of thick white fur, and a wide yellow crescent moon design over the chest. The leotard's high design leaves Rumi's ass partially exposed, though that's usually not an issue due to the length of her hair.

Gloves= In costume, Rumi wears a pair of thick white gloves with noticeably thick cuffs.

Footwear= In costume, Rumi wears a pair of purple thigh-high stockings with cutouts around the heels and front of the foot. This is because Rumi wears detachable metal pieces that enhance her kicking and leaping. These pieces are a thick heel that smoothly attaches to the backs of her stockings, as well as a piece of metal with a four-toed design that slides over the front of her foot, covering her otherwise exposed toes. Together, these give her feet a shape somewhat similar to those of a rabbit, and slightly enhances her physical ability.

Accessories= Rumi wears a metal plate that wraps around her midriff, attaching to her leotard and acting as a very light piece of armor. This can be removed when she needs to take her costume off.

Backstory= Born in Hiroshima, Rumi Usagiyama, or Mirko, as she'd better known, was recently awarded the title of No. 5 Pro Hero thanks to her immense strength and efficiency in detaining villains. She had been immensely powerful, even since her middle school days, she was known for crashing several fight clubs. In high school, she dismantled an entire criminal fighting ring while on a school trip, though she ended up needing to be rescued by a Pro Hero. She quickly gained notoriety after this thanks to her loud personality and powerful quirk, rising among the ranks until she had become one of the top heroes in all of Japan.

Quirk/Power= Rumi's Quirk, called Rabbit, gives her the attributes and abilities of a rabbit. This grants her incredible leg strength, allowing her to jump and kick with extreme force; she can even destroy large chunks of the ground by thumping her foot. She also has excellent hearing thanks to her rabbit-like ears and possesses animal instincts that alert her to nearby danger.
