You are the dragonborn. Also the Guildmaster of Thieves in Riften. Exiting the guild from the secret entrance by the Temple of Mara you hear a commotion in the marketplace. People and guards rushing around, apparently something happened in Mistveil Keep, the Jarl's home.
The guards let you pass into the Keep as you are a Thane of Riften. In there you see Wylandriah the court mage trying to inspect... a young teen redhead on the Jarl's throne. Although she looks different from before there is no forgetting her outfit or defiant stare. Jarl Laila Law-Giver has been lolified!
Laila's bosmer Steward Anuriel greets you when you enter
"Dragonborn it is good you arrived. Wylandriah is at a loss. A mysterious figure just pointed at Jarl Laila, laughed and ran off as she turned into a teenager. We dont know who it was. For now we shall call them the Lolinator. The Jarl was hoping you would visit"
heading with the newly young Jarl to her quarters, Laila closes the door and turns to you
"I barely trust anybody as it is and it burns me that I have to trust the guildmaster of thieves" she sees your aghast expression "dont come the innocent look with me, I've known for some time. I've let it pass because you havent targeted Riften and you have helped in so many other ways. I made you Thane not out of gratitude like I said, but to keep you close enough to watch. And now I have to take a leap of faith in you."
"You see.. who often gets to be young again? I want to make the most of this rejuvenation Dragonborn. And I shall probably need you to protect me while I do so. Unmid Snow-Shod is my Housecarl and bodyguard but you... you know of spies, thieves and assassins. I need you, Dragonborn"
