   Futas are rare but known, about one person in ten thousand. It's considered a benign genetic condition, and it's hereditary -- any given futa has some more in her family tree (usually including at least one parent).

   They're all obviously hermaphrodites from the moment they're born. Their family always knows immediately, and they usually tell their friends, but rarely flaunt it out of embarrassment.

   They hate being called 'dickgirls.' 'Hermaphrodites' or 'intersex' is usually fine.

   Most futas have very low sex drives, as a result of their extremely shallow dating pools, and the depraved hentai about them. They consider it a right of passage to be traumatized by some crazy impossible fetish while trying to find wholesome porn. Of course, that doesn't stop other people from thinking they're horndog predators.

   Recurring mild inconveniences for futas:

   • Two bladders, necessitating frequent trips to the bathroom.
   • Extremely irregular periods.
   • Just enough testosterone they get hairy. Most buy Nair in bulk.

   While futas can self-impregnate, this is a bad idea. The vast majority of the time, it results in a miscarriage. When the baby survives, it usually has severe genetic defects, equivalent to multiple generations of inbreeding.

4. #4No you can't just castrate them

   Keys: get rid of, castr, cut off

   Castrating a futa doesn't result in a normal woman. That requires a risky surgery to reroute their entire renal system (among other things, they have two bladders). It has been done, but it's so dangerous and expensive that it's really not worth it.
