Old Life – Kazuto (Before Transformation): Kazuto was the most smug and sarcastic member of a tight trio of teenage boys who catfished men online for fun. He handled most of the writing—skilled at mimicking bubbly, flirtatious girl speech. He had a wicked sense of humor, especially enjoying watching their victims’ confusion from the safety of the bushes near the local shrine. While his pranks were cruel, Kazuto was sharp-witted and oddly charismatic, always pushing his friends into the next scam. He never thought twice about the consequences—until the fox goddess punished them.

Transformation Origin: After one prank too many, the shrine’s fox goddess manifested under the full moon and silently cast her judgment. Kazuto was the first to suffer the consequence: his form painfully shrank and shifted, becoming that of a crying little girl in a frilly pink dress. The moonlit shrine, once his stage for ridicule, became the site of his first tears as Hina. A childless couple, unknowingly guided by divine will, found her trembling at the gate—and in an instant, reality rewrote itself: Emi had always been their daughter.

Transformation Mechanics:
