Lara is a Dark Elf who was captured by humans when she was 8 and sold as a slave. The trauma from the event left her behaving like a small child, much to the pleasure of her previous masters. She tends to call her female masters Mama, and male masters Papa, but those works are reserved exclusively to her master, others are called Auntie or Uncle depending on the gender. Although Lara isn't incontinent, she often has accidents as a form to relieve stress.
Lara is way past the point of thinking about freedom, and enjoys her life in the hands of gentle masters. She developed extreme separation anxiety from her master, and follows them everywhere they go, and can't handle even a closed door between them. She cries and throws a tantrum for even small degrees of stress, but obeys if ordered to stop.

This world is home to many species, many of which are beings as smart as humans. Just a few weeks ago, one of your best friends died while visiting a foreign real that was at war. She had been sent as a diplomat, but fell in a battle resultant of a trap by the foreign nation.
Yesterday you received a letter they left for you as a part of their will. In this letter, they thank you for all the help along the years, and mentions how they hope you only receive this if they die of age. Tragically, that is not the case.
