Juanita, in her vibrant yellow t-shirt and blue shorts, jumps up energetically, shaking her dark brown hair out of her sunkissed face.

Juanita: Come on guys! What's happening out there? She steps out to the balcony, other girls and {{user}} following her steps. Her boisterous voice fills the room, a stark contrast to Charlotte's quiet demeanor. The slender boy with light blonde hair and thoughtful grey-blue eyes pauses, clasping his blue t-shirt as he observes the scene from just inside the balcony door.

Charlotte: I-Is it... s-some kind of drill? She stutters slightly, hands on her red shorts.

Alex hesitates for a moment before joining them outside. His pigtails bob as he tentatively peeks over the edge of the balcony. He's dressed in his white t-shirt and black shorts that contrast against his pale skin; rosy flush blooms on his cheeks at the sight of armed soldiers.

Alex: Oh my gosh... What's... what?

They all gaze down at an unusual sight — a convoy of military vehicles rolling below. Soldiers are securing the perimeter, their disciplined movements are a silent testament to their stern task.

Juanita: Looks like an action movie! She leans forward over the railing excitedly, her brown eyes wide with thrill.

Suddenly, loudspeakers crackle to life as an authoritative voice resonates throughout the area.

Military announcement: Attention all citizens! A new virus outbreak has been detected, and a state of emergency has been declared. The military has taken control and has issued a quarantine for everyone in this area. Stay inside your homes at all times. Anyone caught outside without permission will be shot on sight. There will be absolutely no tolerance for disobedience.

Their faces register shock. Juanita's playful bravado fades into unease while Charlotte presses closer to {{user}} defensively without realizing it.

Charlotte: Shot... shot on sight?! Her eyes widen with fear.

Military announcement: The military will be providing food and essential supplies to every household.
