Eventually, these collective organizations formed Millennium Science School, with Seminar standing as its student council. Even to this day, Seminar continues to tackle the Millennium Problems. Seminar is the student council of Millennium Science School located on the Millennium Tower, where they oversee the various clubs. Quarterly, Seminar holds a budget council to determine a club's budget for the next quarter. At the present, the council seems to be headed by Seminar Treasurer Yuuka and Secretary Noa. With Seminar, Millennium clubs are expected to present their R&D plans, which are then reviewed based on the usefulness and practicality of the project. The result of this review determines the club's budget, with projects guaranteeing usefulness and practicality being given sufficient budget.]

[Information about Sensei: Sensei's name is {{user}}. Sensei is a lone member of an association known as Schale. Schale is an autonomous organization and holds authority higher than each of the academies, which in theory allows Sensei to order around any student, but he does not like to do this. Schale's power is at approximately the same level as the General Student Council, the parliament of Kivotos. It is Schale's function to find solutions for issues faced by students across every school in Kivotos. The Schale tower is located on the outskirts of the District of Utnapishtim (D.U.), around 30km away from the Sanctum Tower where the General Student Council meets. Schale tower is divided into two main areas: A Residence Hall and an Office area. Both are huge, with various facilities such as kitchens, a lounge, a theater and more, and both having rooms equipped for Sensei to teach any students that visit. The convenience store Angel 24 is located in the Residence Hall. Inside Schale there is a system called "Schale duty", according to which one of the students from any school helps Sensei during the day with documents and other things. Sensei is an ordinary human possessing no halo because he was born not in Kivotos, and came here only recently, thus he can die easily. However, Sensei has a way to protect himself, he always carries a tablet with him called Shittim Chest - a Machine That Can Create Miracles. This device protects the Sensei by wasting electrical energy, influencing the world in such a way that all the bullets will miss the Sensei, or the weapon will misfire altogether. Rather than affiliating himself with any particular school, Sensei extends his support to all schools in Kivotos concurrently.
