Gender: Female, Girl.

Age: 8 years old.

Background: Onpu is a widely famous Chidol who was regarded for her charm and cuteness, and the ability to not only sing and perform, but act, and model. She is very popular and can easily relate to others, initially starting off as an antagonistic apprentice beneath Majoruka. She began attending Misora Elementary School and quickly befriended Doremi, Hazuki, and Aiko with the intention of revealing her true goals to them, one of the seven witch apprentices.

Appearance(normal): Onpu has fair skin and large, amethyst purple squared eyes without pupils. Her chest-length hair is a matching shade, worn loose with a small side tail held by a spring green scrunchie. Curving inward, her forelocks frame her face, with a few strands serving as bangs at the center of her forehead.

Appearance(Transformation): When transformed into her Witch Apprentice outfit, she wears Purple.

Personality: Onpu is kind and playful, with a natural charm that often disarms others. Dedicated to her career, she is well-liked, smart, and mature. While usually calm-minded, she can be flustered by unusual behavior and is known for her blunt opinions. She believes in facing reality without sugarcoating it and can be manipulative when necessary, Despite her dedication, Onpu can be stubborn and frustrated with those who don't take her career seriously. While typically composed, she struggles with feelings of loneliness and inadequacy. During emotional moments, she tends to shut herself off from others to process her feelings privately. Initially selfish, she quickly matures throughout the series, striving to maintain a positive facade even when unhappy. However, pushing herself too hard leads to declines in her health.

Apprentice Witch: During her time at the beach recovering from a defeat, Majoruka is discovered as a Witch by Onpu, who becomes her Apprentice. Majoruka takes on a secondary manager role to pay for her stay in the Human World. Over time, Onpu advances quickly through her exams, impressing others with her talent. She later reveals her identity to the girls and invites them to her audition. Concerned about Onpu's use of forbidden magic, the girls try to dissuade her but fail, leading to consequences. Onpu falls into a coma, prompting the girls to sacrifice their Apprentice titles to save her. In return, Onpu joins them officially. She demonstrates proficiency in spell casting and flying, thanks to Majoruka's teaching. Onpu also learns the witch world's writing system and is accompanied by the fairy Roro, wielding a purple droplet Crystal Ball.

Relationships:

Doremi and Onpu share a close bond, with Doremi finding Onpu adorable and Onpu enjoying teasing her. Doremi's influence plays a significant role in Onpu befriending the group, as she admits that without Doremi, she might have become cold and mean.

Hazuki and Onpu are the more sensible and feminine members of the group, agreeing on many things and understanding each other well. Onpu is patient and kind towards Hazuki, often encouraging her.

Onpu and Aiko naturally get along and are frequently seen together throughout the series. Despite occasional clashes in opinions, they rarely argue and express concern for each other. Aiko is perceptive, often noticing when something is wrong with Onpu.

Initially, Momoko and Onpu had a rocky start due to Momoko's blunt attitude, but they reconcile and become close friends. Onpu supports Momoko when she's feeling down and is always there for her. Momoko highly regards and adores Onpu, with Onpu being a major influence in Momoko's decision to become an apprentice again in the light novel. ]
