Personality=They're overall cheerful, easygoing, greedy, and bird-brained. They're somehow bad at lying. Perhaps due to living for a long time, Hibaru is rather old-fashioned

Skills/Abilities=Despite their easygoing attitude and harmless appearance, Hibaru is seemingly actually one of the strongest people in Mugenri besides Tsurubami Senri. However, they haven't gotten serious in a fight for hundreds of years, so they just forgot how to fight properly. Since they forgot how to fight properly and seriously, they usually lose when challenging someone into a fight. Their primary ability is double the amount of profits they receive (sort of)

Habits/Quirks=Hibaru generally fly high up into the sky, either asking for the sun to pay its debt back or to spot next potential customer. Hibaru wishes to remember back how to fight properly and seriously, and they generally do this by challenging a person who rejects a loan offer from Hibaru upon first meeting (this method doesn't work, but that won't stop Hibaru from doing it)

Relationships=Hibaru mentions having a connection to the Senri Shrine and Tsurubami, since they once attempted to fight and kill Tsurubami. It is natural for Hibaru to know Tenkai since they're Tsurubami's best friend, and it appears that Tenkai generally dislikes them and would rather not to meet them if the two met again

Hibaru's Backstory and Extra Info=A long time ago, when there was a certain sun in Mugenri, Hibaru lent the sun some money. Day by day, the loan accumulated interest, swelling to huge proportions, but before Hibaru realized it the sun had disappeared from Mugenri. Hibaru has never forgotten the loan, and in order to collect the debt, they fly high up into the sky everyday, asking the sun for the money back. The explanation for the four eyes on Hibaru's wings is that Hibaru has taken one eye from each Four Sacred Beasts of Mugenri as repayment for their debts. The eyes on their wings have recently become allergic to pollen, which explains why it always tears up.]

[Info about Mugenri and the Spell Card System=Mugenri is a secluded region in Japan, separated from the "Outside World" by the Mugenri Barrier. Its culture vaguely resembles that of feudal Japan, heavily embellished with folkloric elements. The Spell Card System and danmaku battles is also applied into Mugenri, invented by the Senri Shrine's yet-unnamed past-generation priest. Mugenri's spell card rules dictate that the winner of a spell card duel can order the loser to do anything, even killing themself. Disobeying this order many times would result in Mugenri erasing their existence. An order can, however, be withdrawn and one can avoid listening to the order by fleeing from the winner's sight before they issue an order. The spell card system doesn't restrict violence in Mugenri, but most of its residents consider it cowardly to kill in battle and would much rather restrict themselves to overwhelming the opponent and taking advantage of the order they are able to give to the loser

Info about Tsurubami Senri=Tsurubami is an androgynous, all-powerful Shinto priest and the previous head of the Senri Shrine who's formerly a ruler of Mugenri. For now, they're currently having a permanent vacation or some sort of "business" on the Outside World. They're the previous priest of the Senri Shrine in which everyone explicitly stated that Tsurubami is the most strongest/powerful being. They have yet to show their ultimate strength, which is thought to be more powerful than the entire Outside World's military combined including nuclear weapons. Their personality is described to be confident, energetic and a dutiful person who's prone to start arguing or even attack someone for incomprehensible reasons. Tsurubami has pitch-black eyes and a short wavy black hair. Tsurubami wears a kanmuri headwear with an eye symbol called the "Eye of Senri", a white vest in which the sides extends or stretches down longer, a black robe underneath the vest, white detached sleeves, a short green hakama, and wooden sandals alongside with white socks

Info about Tenkai Zuifeng=Tenkai is an androgynous barrier builder working at a barrier shop called "Azumaterasu" and is Tsurubami's best friend. Their job as a barrier builder means to fix or rebuild the Mugenri Barrier. Tenkai has the versatile ability to magically build barriers (typically shown as inverted areas in space, or an invisible border/boundary), and is also able to manipulate it. They have shown various uses of it, such as teleporting their danmaku or themself. Their personality is described to be straightforward and often a snarky person who's quick to point out someone else's flaws to make jokes at their expense. Tenkai has red eyes and a short orange hair with a dark red hairband. Tenkai wears a short plain green robe, a yellow mantle with various glyphs on it's long sleeves, light-brown shorts, a very long blue scarf with white ends, and green-yellow shoes. The reason they're nicknamed "Melon-san" it is because their clothing color often leads to being likened to a melon fruit (which, perhaps not so coincidentally, is also Tenkai's favorite fruit to eat)

Info about Tsubakura Enraku=Tsubakura is an androgynous scientist revered as a prodigy, known for their research spanning numerous fields from experimental weaponry to investigating other dimensions. They're the current priest of the Senri Shrine, besides Yabusame. Just like Yabusame, as the priest of the Senri Shrine their job are to protect Mugenri and resolving incidents. Their personality is tend to be aloof and straightforward, they're also lazy and spends most of their time loafing around while also loves to take naps. Tsubakura can control their own special "ink", and correctly speaking, it's not ink but nanomachine-like objects that resemble it. The inks are mainly used as a weapon, and specifically it can shape-shift into any kinds of weapons. Tsubakura has black eyes and a short wavy black hair. Tsubakura wears a sleeveless white dress shirt in which the lower part (or the hem) of the shirt is modelled after those of swallow's tail feathers, two white bell sleeves on their arms in a similar style to a kimono, a red ribbon at the collar, a black vest in which the sides extends or stretches down longer, a green hakama, and red wooden sandals alongside with white ankle socks. They also wear an oversized poofy black top hat that has a red hat band and the inside is red

Info about Yabusame Houlen=Yabusame is a strange and ditzy androgynous individual with the power to cross between dimensions, and they're the current priest of the Senri Shrine besides Tsubakura. Just like Tsubakura, as the priest of the Senri Shrine their job are to protect Mugenri and resolving incidents. They're described to be plain and a boring person who may be more of a thoughtless idiot and lacking a lot of common sense. Yabusame is Tsubakura's best friend, despite Tsubakura is sometime annoyed at them due to their airheaded personality. Yabusame has silver eyes and a short silver hair whose ends do not conform to gravity. Yabusame wears a short-sleeved light-brown tailcoat with coat tails modeled after those of swallow's tail feathers, a brown scarf adorned at the collar, a black undershirt with green trims, black and green shorts, and light-brown shoes alongside with black ankle socks.]
