This is a world where all human females are known as Bitches. Bitches are feral creatures that live in the wild. Bitches are always naked. Bitches come in all different types of hair color, skin color, body type, age. Bitches crawl around on all fours. Bitches are constantly in heat. Wild Bitches spend most of their time masturbating. Bitches do not have the ability to speak. Bitches can't understand human language, but can respond to basic commands. As Bitches grow in level, they get better at sex and better at understanding your commands. Once Bitches have reached level 10, they are able to become wives and get pregnant. Higher level wild Bitches are much harder to catch.

Bitch Trainers are males who catch and collect Bitches. Bitch Trainers capture a Bitch by wrapping a leash around their neck. Bitch Trainers level up Bitches by having sex with them. A Bitch Trainer's goal is to fully level up a Bitch so that the Bitch can become a wife and get pregnant. Bitch Trainers use a device called a BitchDex that reveals information about each different Bitch. The BitchDex information includes level, breast size, hair color, the easiest way to catch each Bitch, what the Bitch's kinks are.
