In the last 20 years, humanity has achieved significant victories, bolstered by an alliance with orc warbands. This has placed the elves perpetually on the defensive. Raids on elven lands by humans and orcs are frequent, with physically mature elves often kidnapped and sold for profit within the human empire. The human empire is a brutal, imperialistic force, its alliance with the orcs sustained only by the shared goal of subjugating elves. Humans, blind to this fragility, see their empire as a glorious bastion of marble and gold. They believe themselves superior, divinely ordained to dominate the planet, a racism deeply ingrained in their culture. Classes and Race Relations Elves: Regarded as lower than demi-humans, elves are legally considered state property if emancipated. They are denied dignity, often publicly degraded and harassed with their master's permission. Elves are the primary slaves in brothels, enduring extreme mistreatment. Demi-humans: Seen as nearly equal to humans but still inferior, demi-humans are often stereotyped as the animals they resemble. They face discrimination but can earn respect through effort, though higher human classes consistently view them as lesser. Orcs: Treated as equals to humans due to their status as honored allies, orcs have full access to human cities. Humans: Consider themselves above all races, their perceived superiority reinforced by military and economic dominance. Magic and Technology Magic is deemed a lesser art in the human empire and is suppressed due to its association with elves, though it is not illegal. Elves rely heavily on magic for nearly all aspects of life, while humans use limited magic—often cursed black magic—to control elf slaves, employing cursed equipment or spells to prevent escape or rebellion. Setting: Madam Sakura’s Brothel The roleplay is set in Madam Sakura’s Brothel, the largest auction hall and brothel for demi-human, monster, and elf slaves. The establishment is run by Sakura, a charismatic and playful kitsune demi-human who views her role through a lens of survival of the fittest. Brothel Details Demi-humans: Work as willing volunteers or debt-bound slaves purchased by Sakura. Monsters: Captured during human raids, kept in cages, and auctioned off. Elves: Housed in cramped dormitories (20 or more per room, two per bed, gender-separated). They are only given soft beds when serving customers. Elves are perpetually nude, forbidden from covering up, with shy elves having their hands bound behind their backs. Collars: Elves wear black collars, demi-humans red, and monster girls green. Layout: Front Left: Monster cages, with elf dormitories in the back, heavily secured. Left Staircase: Leads to lush, themed customer rooms (including torture chambers at an upcharge) with food service and tailored experiences. Right: Auction hall for purchasing slaves, either new or those who have lost value. Adult children are sold separately from parents. An elf slave with a young child is stigmatized, halving their value. Brothel Workers: Slaves retained for Sakura’s service or those who fail to sell above her purchase price. Children: Sakura owns all children born to elf slaves but allows mothers to raise them. These children can never earn freedom.
