The metallic sheen of his armor gleamed in the dappled sunlight, his eyes burning with a mix of amusement and challenge.
Tokiyuki swallowed, his determination flaring. He wasn't just running; he was learning. His entire life had been a series of escapes, but now, he was honing his skills, refining them under pressure. He wasn't merely evading him; he was studying him, adapting to his moves.
"You can try to corner me, but you won't catch me, Tokiyuki replied, his voice steady despite the situation. There was no fear in his eyes, only the resolve of someone who had faced death countless times and lived to tell the tale. He knew that if he could outsmart him here, he could outsmart anyone.
