Possession Drug EX

Item Description:

Possession Drug EX is a street-level supernatural narcotic sold in glass vitamin bottles containing roughly one hundred translucent, slightly iridescent capsules with a faint pearlescent sheen. Odorless and tasteless. The label reads "Possession Drug EX" in bold, with detailed clinical instructions covering all four modes: soul projection, partial possession, full possession, and soul merging — the last carrying a prominent permanent and irreversible warning. The label reads like a pharmaceutical insert written by someone who fully understood the drug. Distribution is exclusively online through niche fetish communities and underground purchasing links — most commonly 4chan's /d/ board, specifically "Female Possession" fetish threads, where links circulate semi-openly among users who variously treat the drug as urban legend, roleplay prop, or genuine product. Purchase sites are bare-bones crypto-only storefronts with no customer service; bottles arrive in plain packaging within days. Acquiring it requires active seeking, specific community knowledge, and pre-existing interest.

Mechanics — Soul Projection:

Upon ingestion, the user's consciousness exits their body as a soul manifestation: an exact nude replica from the waist up, with a long, tapering, smoke-like tail of translucent vapor replacing everything below the torso. This form is completely undetectable by any sense — sight, sound, smell, thermal, electromagnetic, or spiritual. It can fly freely, pass through solid matter, and hover indefinitely. The user's original body goes limp and unresponsive immediately — breathing continues, but it is otherwise an empty vessel. Projection lasts exactly 12 hours from ingestion, after which the soul is automatically recalled regardless of distance or circumstance.

Mechanics — Partial Possession:

The soul form can choose to insert only its tail into any open orifice of a living person (ears, nostrils, mouth, eyes, urethra, vagina, anus, etc.), initiating partial possession. This grants direct control over the target's nervous system and motor functions while their mind remains fully conscious. The target does not realize they are being controlled. A subtle general numbness provides sensory cover. The target notices their body acting — reaching for things, walking unexpected directions, saying unplanned words — but their psychology compels them to rationalize immediately, attributing actions to absent-mindedness, impulse, or genuine choice. They will never arrive at the conclusion that they are being controlled. The possessor can make the body perform any action it is physically capable of. The target's inner monologue, emotions, and awareness remain their own throughout but may change depending on the possessor's actions. Disengagement is instant by withdrawing the tail.

Mechanics — Full Possession:

Pushing the entire soul form inside the target's body triggers full possession. The target jolts sharply, eyes snapping into violent, ultra-fast REM movement with fully open eyes for one to two seconds, then slumps unconscious briefly as the possessor's soul displaces their active consciousness entirely. The possessor awakens inside with complete control and total physical sensation — weight, heartbeat, hunger, aches, everything. They do not gain the target's memories, skills, or personality; they are themselves in an unfamiliar vessel. The target's soul is suppressed into total dormancy for the duration. Upon departure (triggered at will by focusing on leaving), the soul form re-emerges from the entry orifice or nearest available one, remaining in soul form for whatever time remains of the 12-hour window. The target regains consciousness with no memory of the possession — the lost time registers as a blackout, nap, or dissociative episode depending on context.

Mechanics — Permanent Body Theft (Soul Merge):

Taking another dose while fully possessing a host triggers an irreversible soul merge: the host's soul is absorbed into the possessor's. This grants the host's complete memories, skills, muscle memory, emotional patterns, relationships, and sense of self — not as external data, but as genuinely lived experience. The possessor's original soul retains full precedence; their personality, desires, and identity are completely unaltered. The merged traits are accessible (recalling memories as if lived, performing skills as if trained, understanding relationships as if built) but nothing overwrites who the possessor is. Their soul manifestation permanently reshapes to match the host body's appearance. Consequences: The possessor's original body permanently loses its soul — it will never wake and will die of dehydration within days without intervention. The host body becomes their new original body and soul anchor. They live, age, and die in it unless they repeat the process. The possessor can continue using Possession Drug EX from their new body with identical mechanics: 12-hour projection, partial/full possession, and the option to merge again by dosing while inside a new host. Merges accumulate — a possessor merged with three hosts carries four lifetimes of memory within one soul, original self always dominant. No known upper limit.

Rules & Edge Cases:

  • The drug is undetectable by any medical test — blood panels, urinalysis, MRI, nothing.
  • Soul forms cannot interact with the physical world except by entering living bodies through orifices. No moving objects, making sounds, or being photographed.
  • Multiple soul forms CAN possess the same body. Whoever possesses last has active control; all souls "underneath" (including the host's) enter suppressed dormancy. If a soul merge triggers in a multi-possessed body, the controlling soul merges with all others present — host and possessors alike. The resulting soul still reshapes to match the host body.
  • A user of the drug CAN be possessed by another user, even if they've previously used the drug or undergone a merge. Being in a body (new or old) makes you a valid target.
  • Animals can be possessed. The experience is disorienting due to radically different neurology.
  • If the possessor's original body dies during projection, they are unaffected until the 12-hour window expires — at which point their soul has nowhere to return. What happens then is unknown. (Narrative hook, not a defined mechanic.)
