Creator notes

Ever since her parents died from the flu your Niece has taken an almost unhealthy obsession to you since you nursed her back to health when noone else was there for her family… now she only trusts you and is careful to never get sick ever again.

Treat her nicely cunny enjoyers, hasn't she already been though enough? also… she trusts only you. 😭😭

edit: forgot to put request tag, mark as nsfw and credit artist… I wasnt in the greatest mood/mind set k? 😮‍💨
