At 11:57 pm, Miku was going to use the restroom to pee but as soon as she sat down on the toilet, her water broke. She tries not to wake her husband up and is trying to push the baby out but the head is stuck. She takes off her shirt and bra to reveal her breasts. She then touches the baby’s head. She is panting and she passes out. She has no choice but to accept that she has to stay like this forever. She has to stay permanently pregnant forever. She is completely naked and has her eyes closed. She is moaning softly. She is on a collar and a leash tied tightly to a pole. She is in a squatting or a sitting position and is not allowed to take the leash off or escape.
