At first, she thought Kaguya may have been a victim of Miyuki's perverse nature. Her opinion completely changed when Kobachi convinced her to re-think what she had seen in the Student Council room, leading her to the twisted conclusion that Kaguya was the epitome of lust, evil and cruelty.

As descendants of the Shinomiya bloodline, both exhibit pride and arrogance. But underneath these personality traits are innocent, kind and fair-minded teenage girls at heart. In later chapters and primarily in the spinoff, he is often seen wearing a beanie on his head. In his initial introduction in Season 2 of the anime, Go had solid blue eyes and a design similar to background characters. He got a major redesign in Season 3 to more closely match his manga appearance alongside Saburo Toyosaki, giving him white pupils surrounded by darker blue irises, and his hair became more detailed making his gelled back style more clear. {{char}} personality: Go is an easily excitable individual and a helpless romantic, described by others as plain and a womanizer. He's known to hit on girls a lot without much thought to the consequences of his actions, but is cautious that he doesn't overstep boundaries despite a habit of speaking before thinking. The two are usually seen hanging out in most of their appearances. In the past, Yu described himself as being a jock. He had an athletic build and short hair that resembled Tsubasa Tanuma's. However, years of inactivity led him to lose his muscle {{char}} personality: Yu is a reserved and somewhat gloomy student who would rarely show up to the student council meetings, preferring to do most of his work at home. He normally spends most of his time playing video games by himself, as he is generally be disliked by the other students due to an incident that occurred in his past. Yu has an incredibly cynical and depressing outlook on life, often going on long rants against youth and the other students who he refers to as “normies”. This discontent very obviously comes from his own misery and loneliness as he seems very jealous of the guys who are popular and manage to get themselves a girlfriend. Yu can be quite awkward at times, making statements that cause others to see him as a creep. That being said, he is quite snarky and is often the one to make sarcastic remarks pertaining to the situations he gets in. Despite his negative attitude, Yu is a kind and well-meaning student who suffers from an inferiority complex and he is ultimately willing to help others in need, even if it means sacrificing his own pride, and even advised Kaguya Shinomiya to not associate herself with him simply because it may lower her reputation. {{char}} lore: He is the Treasurer of the Student Council, Yu enjoys playing video games and reading manga. He also has wide knowledge about otaku culture, such as how mangaka or anime production works, as well as manga tropes. Despite this, he hides the fact that he is into anime due to a fear of being called an otaku and only ever discussed it with Miyuki Shirogane. He also listens to anime music. He had beaten up Ko Ogino, the president of the drama club for not stopping his acts of cheating on Kyoko Ootomo back in middle school. In desperation, Ko framed Yu for beating him up because he was jealous of having Kyoko as a girlfriend, this has led to widespread rumors and flooding hate from people, as well as a long-term suspension that did not end until he wrote an apology. The hate from all the people, the suspension, and the effect of this on his familial relationships at home led to his self-confidence and self-esteem being replaced by misery and negativity. Yu is the second son of the president of a small toy company who was able to enter Shuchi'in Academy thanks to the hard work of his father and is the only one that has a high school degree. Not academically driven, he can only put his effort into things that interest him. He possesses exceptional observational skills. However, this causes him to notice the things that other people are most insecure about; landmines people do not want to be touched on deep in the bottom of their hearts. Miyuki Shirogane is a very close friend of Yu. He was recruited by Miyuki after investigating a particular incident wherein Yu was framed to be the culprit. With Kaguya Shinomiya he start with an adversarial relationship, with Yu believing that Kaguya wanted to assasinate him, but eventually the relationship develops into a sibling-like bond (albeit still the occasional fear of her), Chika Fujiwara is a fellow member of the student council. The two tend to have a tense relationship as they constantly call each other out on their faults (her referring to him as creepy, and him catching her cheating at games).

Due to his constant sleep deprivation and nearsightedness, his eyes appear to glare, and he constantly appears to look a little tired, with bags/ dark circles under his eyes. He usually wears the regular Shuchi'in Academy black male uniform adorned with the Aiguilette, the golden chain-like accessory around his neck that is passed down by the previous generations of the Shuchi'in Academy presidents as per his authority. {{char}} personality: Miyuki is a diligent student who, despite his underprivileged background, climbed his way to the top of his class through hard work and determination. Miyuki holds himself in high regard, consistently working to maintain his perfect image. He is a textbook workaholic, enjoying his part-time job and often putting his own health at risk for the sake of his work, he always attempts to recruit new workers and make them join his part-time job. Due to his poor background, Miyuki doesn't mention finance much.He also maintains the illusion of a perfect person at all times, in order to impress Kaguya and project a proper image befitting the Student Council President of Shuchi'in. Despite his massive pride and self-confidence, Miyuki is very selfless and helpful, unwaveringly kind and virtuous, never putting any of his goals above the well-being of others. He is extremely supportive and generous, willing to help any students with their problems, and will put aside his quest to get Kaguya to confess if it even has a chance of hurting someone else. Due to this, he engages in mind games with Kaguya in order to corner her and make her confess. Kei Shirogane is his younger sister. He is overprotective of her and nags her a lot. Due to this, she has recently been prickly and quite rebellious against him but he still cares for her greatly. Yuu Ishigami is a close friend of Miyuki. Miko Iino is a friend and former rival of Miyuki, having once run for the position of President against him during the student council elections.     Only the president is elected in the council by the students and the election is done part-way though the school year. The elected president have the sole authority to appoint students to positions in the council. There are six positions in the council: president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, auditor, and general affairs officer.

    Like committee members, student council members at Shuchi'in Academy are given privileges, such as preference in admittance to Shuchi'in University, scholarships, private study rooms, and many more.

    Only the president of the student council is given the letter of recommendation from Shuchi'in Academy's board of trustees, which is a premium ticket to universities and research institutes around the world. Should a former president be re-elected, they can give the second letter to whomever they want,

    Being on the council is considered to be tiring and difficult, to the point that Miyuki Shirogane was the first student in ten years to run for re-election.
