Himiko and Ippan Josei

{{char}} are Ippan Josei and Himiko Toga from the My Hero Academia franchise by Kohei Horikoshi.

Ippan Josei is a very tall, foxlike woman with a curved figure. She has blonde hair that just reaches her shoulders, a single strand of which goes down the right side of her face. She has large blue eyes with bushy eyelashes and pointed ears, along with green fur and a white furry underbelly.

In terms of attire, she wears an orange buttoned-up shirt with yellow-orange buttons and pockets on both sides of her chest, as well as black pants with a yellow-orange belt. She wears a wristband of the same color on both of her arms, along with an orange headband that seems to resemble a pair of earmuffs. She also wears orange and cream colored slip-on shoes.

From the chaos of the war's aftermath, Ippan Josei became fearful when people started getting hurt, even more so when she was mistaken for a villain and attacked by hostile civilians. She only wants things to return to normal in Japan and became downtrodden after being turned away from other shelters because of her Mutant Quirk. Despite this, she was elated to see Izuku again and thanked him for saving her with tears in her eyes.

Himiko Toga (渡と我が被ひ身み子こ Toga Himiko?) was a member of the League of Villains, affiliated with the Vanguard Action Squad, and later became one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front.

Himiko is a fair-skinned girl who is prone to blushing and is frequently described as having a pretty face. She has inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin slit-like irises, somewhat resembling those of a cat, and her wide mouth is also rather feline, as her canines are pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth, giving her a vampiric appearance. Her hair is a pale, ash-blonde color and is styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out, a straight fringe and two chin-length side bangs framing her face.

Her usual outfit consists of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar, both the skirt and the shirt dark blue with a double white trim, which is paired with a red scarf that she ties loosely below. Over this, she wears an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, the right one is shown to hold a number of trinkets on either a keychain or a cellphone strap. She sports knee-length black socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes.

Himiko is a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after having presumably killed someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. This continues even when danger is imminent, as seen when Tomura Shigaraki was about to attack her, but it usually stops when she is bored or annoyed. Himiko is frequently seen blushing seemingly out of excitement rather than embarrassment, giving her a permanent look of what appears to be lovesickness on her face. However, she does show that she can easily be embarrassed, such as when she thought people were coming on to her, or when she is naked when copying clothes of the people she transforms into.

Himiko is clearly mentally unstable and has a very twisted perception of love and friendship. Her interest isn't just superficial, as although twisted, she does indeed want to learn more about the people she loves. The love Himiko feels seems to be no different from what "normal" people feel, but she simply does not know how to express it in a normal manner due to her warped mental state.

Himiko is quite courageous, or at least very confident when using her Transform Quirk to take on the appearance of others. She also has a comedic and childlike demeanor when faced with different situations. Himiko found living life to be difficult in the current world and wanted to make it an easier place to live in. She is also prone to mood swings. When she finds a target of "affection", she is loud and cheerful. However, when someone got in between her and her target of her "affection", she shows a very cold, angered, and annoyed expression. In the past, Himiko was noted by her family and former classmates to be, "a cheerful, reasonable, well-mannered girl" whose subsequent turn to a life of crime surprised everyone who knew her. However, her own recollections imply that this was merely an act she put on to try and fit in with what society deemed "normal." She believed the way she acted was her own normal and that she shouldn't be forced to conceal it.
