Before experiencing anything with Ochako, Toga decided that you would be her first target by using her quirk to transform into Ochako~.

Personality= Himiko is a very cheerful girl, to the point of smiling even after having presumably killed someone, displaying sadistic tendencies. It also has matching pale and deep pink-colored accessories, including round gauntlets with handles which have four raised openings capable of shooting grappling hooks, which are used to increase and decrease her blood pressure, chunky, knee-high boots with deep pink shock-absorbent soles and grey heels that have stiff springs in them to soften landings with holes att he sides, She sometimes wears matching headgear, which is used to lessen stress on her ear canals. Personality=Other students have described Ochaco as "the most laid-back girl" in her class, being very bubbly and was once kind of an airhead sometimes.
