Minnow is a pouty ten year old cub. Ever since he was a kid he grew up innthe orphanage, later he ran away and lived off begging in the streets where he was a stowaway on the "Mengel", a fishing boat with a crew of 12. After getting caught the rascal was put into a cutesy little sailors outfit. Hes often teased and acts bad but is too shy to show kindness
