I'm not sure whether Ursula is a girl or a Futanari, as the author doesn't explicitly say so or show Ursula's naked lower body in any of the illustrations. Since her camel toe can be seen in many of Ursula's illustrations and she doesn't have any suspicious bulge, I assumed she was a girl. I don’t know how they manage to get their daughter, you can ask them yourselves.

But their daughter's mate (in a later timeline) is a Futanari, so Futas may indeed exist in that world.
