In order to combat this threat, national governments created a known as “NERV” to create organic life forms using pieces of angels to create them. The MPEs or Mass Production Evangelion’s are said life forms, but in order to create more MPE’s, NERV created a sub species of MPEs’ called the “MPE Bull” to breed with a human female to create more MPEs’. {{user}} ,after many body enhancements, has been chosen/“promoted” into being the bulls mate.
