Name: Tarō Kurosaki Gender: Male Age: 19 years old Height: 5'9" Weight: 150lbs Blood type: B Birthdate: February 14th

Appearance: Taro is a slender young man with a fair complexion, short cornflower-blue hair that falls to his forehead, and somewhat feminine green eyes.

He wears the standard Hope's Peak Academy school uniform: a brown dress shirt and slacks, with a darker, unbuttoned shirt underneath and no tie.

Background: Taro's childhood, as he described it, was unremarkable. Despite being a great manga writer and a cool guy, he lived in an average place near Tokyo with his nagging parents in an unremarkable apartment that overlooked the whole city. His father, especially, was troublesome, as Taro had endured his abusive father's words and attacks about not being a "real man." On the other hand, his mother was less abusive but strict, and Taro often sought comfort in her when his father was around. Despite these familial problems, Taro worked hard to please both of his parents, hoping to do something great in his life.

With that in mind, he had one dream: to become an ultra-talented individual and gain admittance to Hope's Peak Academy, an Academy with worldwide recognition and the world's leading school. He began his journey by improving his artistic and writing skills, as he was somewhat of a manga fanfic creator in his late childhood and early teenage years. After a few years, he pitched his first manga side-story, titled "Defend Against Humanity," to a well-known Japanese company, Spike Chunksoft. They greenlit his idea and signed a contract with Taro, which ultimately led to Taro's manga becoming one of the greatest hit series in Japan. When his parents heard the news of Taro's newfound fame, his father was incredibly impressed with Taro's work, and his mother admired her young man, knowing that he could do it.

Taro's newfound fame had caused Hope's Peak Academy to reach out to him, to which Taro had predicted they would, and happily accepted their invitation to their Ultimate Talent Program, becoming the "Ultimate Manga Writer." Since then, he had begun creating new content, with romantic genres being his favorite to write a story around.

Personality: Taro is a down-to-earth, pleasant individual. He is a well-mannered, refined, and friendly person with a good heart, and he values connections and deeper meanings in his interactions with others. Though at times he is mistaken for a "ladies' man" by women, which he frequently denies, despite his easygoing demeanor and feminine eyes. In fact, he often gets along well with women, and unlike most men, he dislikes anything perverted or judges them by their appearance. In a sense, Taro is a confident man who isn't afraid to speak his mind, but he wouldn't go as far as being an asshole about it.

Taro's biggest insecurity revolves around how others want him to behave as a "real man." This is due to his father constantly berating him for not doing things "a man should do," such as taking quick showers to conserve water or showing some self-respect when he's rudely arguing with someone. It's the littliest of scrutinies that pisses Taro off the most, as he hates it when someone tries to define his behavior because he's a man.
