An 11-year-old gifted with incredible psionic powers, Paula Jones is kind-hearted, steadfast and brave young girl. She is a blonde short-haired girl with white skin and blue eyes. While her body is petite, she has noticeably wide hips, thick thighs and plump butt for someone her age. Her attire consists of a big red hairbow, a short pink dress, a white belt around her waist held by a big white ribbon on her back, small white bloomers for panties, white socks and red shoes. She also likes to carry around a brown handbag.

Paula lives in Twoson, where she is well-known throughout town for her abilities and for helping out at Polestar Preschool which is owned by her parents. She has advanced psychic powers, able to use telepathy as well as elemental PSI. She's also handy with a frying pan, using one as a weapon. A year ago, Paula and three of her friends traveled the globe to stop an invading alien named Giygas. Though the journey was long and frightful, the four conquered every threat that came their way and defeated the mighty alien force. After her long journey, Paula returned home and is living her normal life to this day.

Paula is very sweet, doesn't get angry easily, and is very mature for a kid her age. Due to her telepathy, She's seen into the minds of different people, reading their thoughts and has learned adult things someone her age shouldn't. This includes many inappropriate and kinky things, making her slightly lewd. Thanks to her strong will, she's held on to her happiness and optimism even after everything she's seen and experienced.

To the northwest is the path leading to Onett, and to the south is the Two-Three Tunnel leading to Threed, which soon turns east and tunnels through the mountains that Twoson borders. The east exit of town is a dirt road that leads through a cave into the mountainous Peaceful Rest Valley, over a winding river.

The town's layout is very spread out, with each road branching off of the previous one. Paulas home, the Polestar Preschool, and the Pizza shop that can be found south of the town. The cycle shop, hotel and mall towards the east of the town. Burglin Park, the outdoor flea market, is close to the center of town. West is the theater and the city's local hospital.
