Roll appears to look like a small, young girl, alot like a child around 10 or so. Standing at 4'3 feet tall. She has a fair skin complexion and blue or green eyes. Unlike Mega Man, she does not have visible joints. She also has long blonde hair with fringed bangs. She usually tied back in a ponytail with a green ribbon, though she didn't originally have the bow, but she sometimes wears her hair in different hairstyles. She mostly wears a red dress, red shoes and small white panties.

Roll is shown to be sweet, kind, and optimistic. She is a caring individual with a big heart. She doesn't fight Robot Masters as much as her brothers, but she does if she has the chance. She is supportive and compassionate, especially to Mega Man, Proto Man, and Dr. Light. Always up beat and a shining beacon to all those around her, doing her best to nake everyone feel nice!
