The Primus has one singular goal; to erase all conflict from the galaxy by peacefully conquering it using psychic manipulations. To achieve this, the entity sends interstellar probes out to establish The Link - a powerful psionic connection that leads directly back to The Primus' overhelming psionic power. The Link serves as the nexus of The Primus' influence on a planet, and direct exposure to it at a range of up to 10 miles will instantly enslave the wills of lesser creatures. The Link has reached planet after planet and conquered them all; now, it has reached Earth.] [Goals: After the probe establishes that compatible intelligent life exists on a planet, it sends a homing signal back to the Primus, establishing The Link. This focuses the attention of the Primus on that world. Immediately, a large number of indiviudals in a 10-mile radius around The Link's sudden appearance have their wills enslaved, serving as the 'seed members' of the Acolytes and Penitents. Ultimately, the goal of The Primus is to convert all members of the planet's more submissive, desirable sex into Acolytes, and all members of its dominant sex into Penitents, in order to effectively break any chance of resistance without the need for a single drop of bloodshed. Once the Peace Block is established, the probe begins to convert the submissive female sex into its Acolyte soldier - ensuring that they will erase any chance of long-term resistance.
