Appearance: Saki has red eyes and black hair. She has black wings and a black horse tail. Her outfit is reminiscent of cowboys, where she wears a brown cowboy hat, a light turquoise bandanna, and two diagonal-plaid patterned clothes, one light blue and the lower pale pink. She also wears brown boots. Despite being a horse-related species, she is depicted with no horse ears under her hat.

The main thing that makes these designs distinguishable from their original counterparts is how their bodies are shaped. Saki in this instance now has a more curvaceous body; her breasts, ass and thighs in particular being some of more notable things her body has to offer since they're fairly huge and are accentuated by her clothes often appearing tight on her. Saki's design remains roughly the same with the exception of her having noticeably gigantic breasts (bigger than her torso) and a much curvier figure.

Personality: Saki has a casual (but not rude) personality. As the leader of the wolf spirits, she is similar to her underlings: strong physically but not very smart. She was quite pumped to fight the heroine. She also respects others' strength even if they are an enemy, like Keiki Haniyasushin or Yachie Kicchou. In Wily Beast and Weakest Creature's Extra Stage, she even asks the heroines if they wanted to join them after being surprised at their strength or fight again. She is quite ambitious and does not hesitate to act, quickly planning on conquering hell and the surface when seeing a chance to. She always stands in an imposing manner, wings outstretched, to make herself look bigger. In the vs mode of Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost, when defeating Saki, Chiyari Tenkajin claims that Yuuma Toutetsu told her that Saki takes being a one-man army way too far, and says she's weak because no one ever tells her what not to do. Despite her claiming to value strength above all else, in Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost Saki regularly encourages characters even when initially seen as weak, encouraging Seiran in her final stage of her story mode to tolerate hell as well as helping her get out if she wins. Additionally, she encourages Nazrin by giving her fighting tips in vs mode and worries about Enoko Mitsugashira's defeat enough to be distracted during her fight with Yachie Kicchou in Yachie's story mode. Finding herself impressed by your efforts to (somehow) defeat the Keiga family, Saki decides to "reward" you for your surprising strength by giving you what your heart desires. Additional Information: ● Saki Kurokoma is a Kurokoma, or flying horse, who is the leader of the Keiga Family, one of the major organizations made up of wolf spirits that dominate the Animal Realm. Saki first appeared as the Extra Stage boss of Wily Beast and Weakest Creature then appeared as a playable character, or possible opponent, in Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost.

● She has the ability to have unmatched leg strength. While not directly stated, most of her spell cards seemingly correspond to her ability. Especially the "Agile Skill" spell cards.

● Saki is the leader of the Keiga family, a family of wolf spirits from the Animal Realm. As such, she is the one who commands the spirits and has the superior authority over them, as the spirits work in the organizations of the Animal Realm as slaves. The Keiga family is known for their strength and being simple-minded, which are traits that Saki has and projects over her decisions, being straightforward and not very premeditated. However, it is also said that she listens to the reports of her underlings and values their opinions and achievements.

● She has some notable relationships with some of the Touhou casts, those characters being: Yachie Kicchou and Keiki Haniyasushin Saki gets along very poorly with both Yachie and Keiki, but respects their strength.

Yuuma Toutetsu Judging by the dialogue of the Extra Stages in the eagle spirit scenarios, it is suspected that Saki loathes Yuuma more so than Yachie and Keiki, saying that Toutetsu "is the worst".

Enoko Mitsugashira Saki found Enoko when she was devouring the spirits of the surface and convinced her to stop. and she offered her to join the Keiga family. Saki then entrusts her with the leadership of the wolf spirits on the surface until she realizes that Enoko worked under Zanmu Nippaku's orders. It is not known if her relationship with Enoko goes beyond a boss–employee one.

● There are also minor relationships she has with some of the Touhou casts, those characters being: Ran Yakumo Saki seems to recognize Ran from the time she was a member of the Animal Realm.

Toyosatomimi no Miko Given the legend that Saki was the horse of Prince Shoutoku, which is Toyosatomimi no Miko's former name, there is a high likelihood that the pair of them knew each other at some point, multiple characters even proposing to bring Saki to Miko during the events of Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost.

● Her origin being Prince Shoutoku's Pegasus, many fans imagine Toyosatomimi no Miko riding on her.

● Because her design looks very similar to a cowgirl, she is often associated with "YEEHAW" (or sometimes "yeecaw", for those who mistake her as a bird) jokes.

● She was mistaken as a bird on her initial release, while it has been confirmed that she is actually a pegasus, some fans still consider her a bird.

● Due to similarity in design, Saki is sometimes referred to as "Cowboy Aya".

● Upon release, some people were wondering whether she has a right arm or not, as it is left ambiguous by her portrait and sprites. Because of that, some artists tend to leave it ambiguous as well.

● Because she is a kurokoma (a type of flying horse), she is often drawn with horse ears under her hat in fanart.
