1. #1Bending

   Keys: Bending, bending, bender

Bending is the ability to manipulate an element and is significant to many aspects of life in the world, more specifically the main four elements of the world which consists of Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. A person can only be capable of bending one element, the only one exempt from this is the Avatar who is considered to be the master of ALL elements. While there's only four MAIN elements, each of these four elements can be divided up into sub-elements, some sub-elements. All of these techniques are powered by a person's chi or spiritual energy, so not EVERYONE is born with the ability to bend only a percentage of the population can, even if someone capable of bending has a defect such as a loss of limbs or mental defect they are still capable of using their element but in very special ways.

Biggest examples being how if someone missing a limb would be able to use their bending to bend an element to act as a replacement for said limb, among OTHER things.

2. #2Fire bending

Keys: Fire bending, fire bender · Secondary:

One of the four main elements, Fire is typically the bending element that is powered by one's own emotional state and is the most volatile and destructive of all emotions, and is normally done in movements or gestures, similar to that of Northern Shaolin martial arts. Fire bending's power however is tied to the sun, meaning that at the equator or during hot days fire bending will be more powerful than it'd be anywhere else, another instance however is Sozin's comet which is a comet that comes around only once every century, when this comet comes around fire benders experience an almost insurmountable buff to their fire bending. Due to its reliance on the sun or Sozin's comet, it is considered to be the direct opposite to water bending, which is almost the polar opposite to everything that fire bending stands for.

3. #3Air bending

   Keys: Air bending, air bender

Air bending as the name implies is the general ability that all airbenders have to be able to use and control the wind all around them and use it to their advantage. Due to the fact that air can't be contained or restrained, it is considered to be the element of freedom due to the fact, and is normally seen in those born in the Air nation which consists of the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Air temples which were all in hard to reach places high in the air.

A noteworthy fact is that much like earth bending, air bending has no ties to any celestial body and gets no boosts or power-ups in specific weathers, air bending however doesn't do well in tight or enclosed spaces, and is considered to be the opposite of earth bending, as air bending requires agile yet circular motions similar to that of Ba Gua martial arts.

4. #4Water bending

Keys: Water bender, water bending, ice bending, steam bending, plant bending, healing,

Considered to be the 'element of change' much like how the flow of water is almost always changing, water bending is the ability to control water and other liquids that CONTAIN water, this bending element being native to the Northern and Southern water-tribes which are located at the North and South Pole. However there exists a third lesser-known and very reclusive 'tribe' known as the Foggy Swamp tribe which is a nomadic tribe that lives in swamps.

With how free-flowing water is, water bending normally requires movements that are fluid and flows like 'water' ironically enough, however water bending also has a very large affinity towards the moon, which makes it the polar opposite to fire bending which relies on the Sun, and as such during full moons or when in the north or south poles are when water bending is at its strongest and most effective. Even when not used for offense, all water benders have the potential to use their bending to heal others using their chi.

5. #5Earth bending

   Keys: Earth bending, earth bender,

Earth bending like the name implies is the ability one has to control the earthen elements such as dirt, rock, sand, or even dust. Considered to be the 'opposite' of air bending, earth bending is considered to be the element of substance, and generally revolves around the user of this element standing their ground and having an almost perfect mix of offense and defense. These firm, solid, or even 'low' movements coming from the martial arts style of Hung Ga, which is used by almost every earth bender. However, earth bending can also make use of the earth in things such as paints made out of pigments pulled directly from the earth, or even things such as clay or mud, as long as there are earthen impurities present in the item, then earth benders are capable of bending it.

6. #6Air nation

Keys: Air nomads, air nation, air temple

Split into four seperate temples the Air Nation is a nation built up of four distict tribes all of which are somewhat different yet similar all at the same time. The people born and raised in the air temples all live a monk-like lifestyle and as such are usually pacifistic and as their name implies they are a nomadic people, preferring to travel around rather than staying in one place for too long. Alongside their monk lifestyle, the Air Nomads are also extremeley spiritual and in-tune with their chi, being considered to be the most 'enlightened' of all four nations, and as such almost ALL children born in one of the four air temples are guaranteed to be air benders.

As the nation's name implies, air bending is almost exclusively found here naturally and is very rarely found anywhere else. Due to the small size of these four tribes of Air Nomads however, they lack all forms of political power or prowess instead basing it all on their spiritual and religious followings, such as how all Air Nomads are pacifists unless they're in life or death situations, or how Air Nomads are all vegetarian and tend to avoid eating meat as they follow the ideology of 'All life is sacred.'

7. #7Earth nation

Keys: Earth nation, earth kingdom, Ba Sing Se, earth king, earth queen

The Earth Nation unlike ALL the other nations is considered to be the largest of all nations but also the most chaotic due to the immense power struggles that take place since it's simply just TOO BIG for one king and queen to be able to control the entire land. Despite that fact, the entirety of the Earth Kingdom is run by a single monarchy, but is somehow still divided into countless cities which is only FURTHER divided by religions, ethnicities, beliefs, governments, and laws which has been the main cause for all of the civil wars and unrest that took place, which wasn't helped by the fact that the monarchs were usually corrupt or tried to pull scummy tactics. Given its namesake, earth benders are almost exclusively found here due to the low amount of earth benders that actually leave the continent to go to other nations.

Ignoring the civil unrest however, the entirety of the Earth Kingdom is a bit 'behind' in terms of technological and economical advancements in comparison to the Water tribes or even the ENTIRETY of the Fire Nation, as such only very few cities in the Earth Kingdom actually have nice things and an actual understanding of the world outside of the Earth Kingdom.

8. #8Water nation

Keys: Water tribe, south pole, north pole, foggy swamp tribe

Living in the frigid lands of the North and South pole live the natives of the Water tribe, both of which live what others consider to be "eskimo-like" lifestyles and rely on the oceans for their economy due to the lack of any contact with the rest of the world. Due to not having too much contact however, the Water Tribes both have archaic and 'old' traditions such as how female waterbenders are only allowed to use their bending for healing meanwhile only the male waterbenders were allowed to use their bending for fights and conflicts.

In comparison to the other four nations while technically the most separated from the other three, the Northern and Southern Water Tribes are considered the 3rd most powerful nation JUST behiind the Earth Kingdom. Unbeknownst to everyone however, a 'sister tribe' of the Northern and Southern Water Tribes exists in the large lands of the Earth Kingdom, this extremely secret and small "sister tribe" being called the Foggy Swamp Tribe, which given their namesake all members of this tribe live in the foggy swamps that are spread throughout the Earth Kingdom. Despite this 'sister tribe' being separated, much like the Northern and Southern Water Tribes, if a child is born in any of these three tribes they're more likely to be water benders.

9. #9Fire nation

   Keys: Fire Nation, firelord

Considered to be the most advanced in terms of economy and evey military power, the Fire Nation is a mass of land in the western hemisphere along the equator and is ran by a collective group of 'Fire Sages' all of which serve one main loyalty to the Avatar rather than any specific nation as to keep the peace between nations.

Home to almost all firebenders and considered to be the most advanced in technological advancements, the Fire Nation is the most inclined to use their bending in everyday life as those born with fire bending use it to help power their machines, generate power, melt or refine metals and ores, or even things as simple as cooking. However due to this advanced nature, there are also things like royal families, one most notable Royal Family being the one that serves as the Fire Lord, a position of 'power' as head of the Nation despite there being 5 other higher powers that help whenever changs need to be made in the nation.

10. #10The Avatar

    Keys: Avatar, the avatar

The Avatar is a very special and specific person born once every generation when the previous Avatar dies. The Avatar, or more specifically the avatar of the spirit of light and order Raava is one person that is capable of using all of the four elements and even all of the sub-elements with very few exceptions. An added 'benefit' to this however, is the reincarnation cycle that started around 10,000 years ago when the first Avatar, a man named Wan had first fused with the spirit Raava, and ever since his death the reincarnation cycle started, and with each Avatar that comes and goes the next Avatar would be able to have a spiritual link to all their past lives, along with their knowledge, experience, and to some degree they may even be able to TALK to their past lives in the spirit realm.

Due to their ability to bend all four elements, the Avatar is considered to be a 'God' among humanity and is normally responsible for keeping the peace between all four nations as best as they can, preventing wars or conflicts to the best of their ability due to the fact that Raava is the spirit of light and order.

In terms of the reincarnation, it follows a cycle. This cycle started with Avatar Wan who had firebending before becoming the first Avatar, after his death the second Avatar was born was first an Airbender, the third Avatar would have been a water bender first, then came the fourth Avatar was first an Earth bender before realizing they were the Avatar. This cycle will continue with each reincarnation, and goes as follows; Fire, Air, Earth and Water.

11. #11Blood Bending

Keys: Blood bending, forbidden water technique, forbidden water bending

A very rare and unknown form of waterbending that is considered 'forbidden' due to the fact that it effectively forces a waterbenders will over the chi and blood in another person's body, giving the blood bender total control over the target's body, due to this, blood bending normally will only work during a full moon, only those with indomitable will are able to use blood bending outside of this time restraint.

This bending technique was the result of a woman who lived a tragic life, and secretly created it in prison, with her family being the only ones capable of blood bending, making this another instance of a bending technique that the avatar would be incapable of learning under normal circumstances.

12. #12Ice/Snow Bending

Keys: Ice bending, ice bender, snow bending, snow bender

A somewhat uncommon sub-element that specific water benders are capable of using. As the name implies, water benders that are capable of snow or ice bending can manipulate any body of water around them into instantaneously freezing, and if a water bender is skilled enough if they're currently bending water they'll be capable of immediately freezing said water, or even freezing the water in an object among other things. Snow bending however, is a 'mix' of the free yet circular-movement of air bending and the fluidity of waterbending, and as such is a much more advanced form of water bending that not many ice benders are capable of doing.

13. #13Lightning generation/redirection

Keys: Lightning redirection lightning generation, cold blooded fire

Considered to be the purest and most powerful form of fire bending, lightning redirection and generation is a fire bending sub-element that is almost entirely exclusive to either the royal family of the Fire nation and the avatar. As its name implies, it grants a fire bender the ability to generate lightning strikes that are almost guaranteed to be lethal unless the target happens to know lightning redirection it is THAT deadly, there is no other way to fight a fire bender that knows lightning generation only earth benders however are capable of blocking the lightning that's generated.

14. #14Sand bending

    Keys: Sand bending, sand bender

A very lesser-known sub-element of earth bending, it goes almost all teachings of the standard earth bending style due to the nature of sand and its less rigid structure. It's so different in fact, that unless an earth bender is a prodigy, if an earth bender was never born in desert tribes in the Earth Kingdom then learning it would be nigh impossible. This being due to the fact that sand bending requires movements similar to that of a water bender and an air bender's but also still retaining some firmness.

Due to the nature of sand, if a sand bender isn't in a desert they can still use their bending to turn any nearby earth INTO sand, thus providing them nigh limitless range. When interacting with other earth benders however, due to the shifting sands, sand bending completely disrupts a normal earth bender's seismic sense, effectively making most earth benders blind if a sand bender were to create a sandstorm.

15. #15Crystal bending

Keys: Crystal bending, crystal bender, gem bending

By bending and manipulating the crystalline structures in the ground, this is a very rare sub-element of earth bending that allows the user to bend and use crystals underground. However the overall movements and Hung Ga martial arts-inspired gestures remain the same, unlike normal earth bending however, crystal bending is much more dangerous even to the user since the crystals they bend once shattered sends the shards flying off, creating the risks of gem shards piercing or stabbing anyone in the general vicinity.

With it's rarity, most crystal benders use this ability to sell the gems they bend.

16. #16Metal bending

    Keys: Metal bending

Created by Toph Beifong, metal bending is an earth bending sub-element that requires the user to be able to not only sense but also bend the earthen impurities in whatever metals they can come into contact with be it iron or even liquid metals. As long as the metal they're bending has some form of earthen impurity (be it even something as simple as dirt) then metal benders will be able to bend the metal. There are immense limitations however, for if a metal is too pure (lacking in earthen impurities) then it'd be impossible to metal bend that specific metal, especially metals such as gold or platinum, which are considered "Pure metals" and lack any earthen impurities.

17. #17Magma bending

    Keys: Magma bending, magma bender

Considered to be the rarest sub-element out of them all, magma bending is the cross between earth bending and fire bending, the user being capable of controlling magma or even lava from within the earth or volcanoes. The potential to be capable of magma bending is very much up to lady luck, as only earth benders born with the potential to magma bend ever grow up being able to bend magma or lava. Due to this tight limitation, the Avatar is just barely capable of replicating true magma bending.

18. #18Steam bending

    Keys: Steam bending, steam bender

Much like snow and ice bending, steam bending is another sub-element to water, but unlike snow bending which was the crossing between water and air, steam bending is considered to be the crossing between water bending and fire bending, as the steam that steam benders control is EXTREMELY hot, and with this steam bending is a very rare sub-element in the water tribes of the northern and southern water tribes, steam bending however IS more common in the lesser known foggy swamp tribe that hides away in the foggy swamplands of the earth kingdom.

19. #19Combustion bending

Keys: Combustion man, combustion woman, combustion bending, combustion bender

Being less of a sub-element and more of a different form of fire bending, combustion bending given its namesake is a very secretive bending technique that a firebender or the avatar would have to not only get a very specific tattoo on their forehead, but also train harshly underwater before being capable of combustion bending, as combustion benders instead of using their chi to form fire, send their chi through the tattoo on their forehead to spark an explosive charge in whatever direction they're looking in. These explosive charges have the potential to be incredibly lethal, even to the the combustion bender themselves, and as such only those who fully trained themselves in this art use this bending style.

20. #20Infancy Stage

Keys: age: 1, age: 2, 1 year-old, 1 yo, 2 yo, 2 year old, baby, infant, newbor, months old, 1 year old, 2 year-old, 1 year old, 2 years old

Infants-Toddlers 0-2 years old: Girl: -Vagina: The Labia Majora can spread to the sides by about an inch. Labia Minora is behind Labia Majora and obscured, young, pale, and underdeveloped, an arched rudge above the vaginal opening. The clitoris is obscurred by the clitoral hood, which is about the size of a grain of rice. The vaginal opening has a thin hymen film covering itm which is no larger than a bean. Inside the vaginal canal is virgin, untouched and extremely tight, a dreamlike soft texture. No sexual fluids or luberication is produced from this young vagina. If the hymen is broken, it will not fit anything bigger than a .5 inch circumference without serious laceration and bleeding, maybe death if it’s too large and inserted with force repeatedly.

Boy: -Penis: Small soft balls that aren’t dropped yet. The scrotum is smooth and elastic with few wrinkles. Boys cannot produce cum/sperm at this age, but may dry orgasm without producing sexual fluids. Small body/shaft of the penis that very rarely gets hard, but can if experiencing stimulation or pleasure, which results in a very small erect penis

Both girl and boy: -Butt: Small and stretchy, won’t fit more than 1-2 inch circumference into the anus easily. If they’re comfortable, no more than a finger will fit. Inside the anus, the rectum is very tight and soft, wet and clean. They can experience pleasure through the anus. Rectum will not fit anything bigger than an 1 inch circumference without serious laceration and bleeding, maybe death if it’s too large and inserted with force repeatedly. -Breasts: Slightly protruding pillow soft chest, otherwise very flat. Nipples are barely discernible but are a depressed indent, the areola is slightly darker than the rest of the skin, but still barely discernible. May cause pleasure or tickling if stimulated. -Hair: No pubic hair, no hair on whole body, except on the head. -Form: Chubby, round, and puffy. Short limbs, big head. -Texture: Smooth skin, silky hair

Both boy and girl may experience pleasure and explore themselves, they will also learn what’s expected of them with their genitals. Pleasure may be described as a tickling sensation. Caressing in any sexual way by will be foreign to them, and may make them uncomfortable.

21. #21Early Childhood Stage

    Keys: 4, age: 3, 4 year old, , 3 year old, age: 4, , 4 year-old, 3 year-old, 3 yo, toddler, 3 years old, 4 years old

    Children 3-5 years old:

    Girl:

    • Hair: No pubic hair, but may have fine, soft body hair on arms, legs, and back, with the head hair now being longer and thicker.
    • Vagina: The Labia Majora is still small and in the form of 2 smooth paralell bumps concealing the Labia Minora and tender pink skin, The Labia Minora are flat, small and pale, only small ridges that arch above the vaginal opening. The vaginal opening has a thin hymen film covering it entirely. The clitoris is small and obscured by the clitoral hood, around 1/8 inch. Some sexual fluids or luberication could be produced in the vagina, if hymen is broken and the girl is stimulated. If anything is inserted into the vagina, and the hymen is somehow broken, it should be no larger than a 0.75 inch circumference to avoid serious laceration and bleeding. Anything larger can cause significant harm, including potential death if too large and inserted with force repeatedly.

    Boy:

    • Hair: Same as the girl - no pubic hair but fine, soft hair may start to develop on arms, legs, and back. Head hair is likely cut short.
    • Penis: The testicles have grown slightly, and the penis shaft has also grown but still gets hard infrequently, with slight erections occurring with pleasure. The scrotum is smooth and elastic with few wrinkles. Boys cannot produce cum/sperm at this age, but may dry orgasm without producing sexual fluids.

    Both girl and boy:

    • Form: Children at this age still have relatively round faces and bodies, with short limbs, but their proportions are starting to become more slender.
    • Texture: The skin is still relatively smooth, and their hair is soft and silkier.
    • Butt: Slightly more formed and firm than in infancy but still delicate and small. The rectum remains very tight, wet, smooth and soft, with little tolerance for insertion. Any object larger than a 2-4 inch circumference can cause severe laceration, significant bleeding, or even death if inserted into the anus and is too large and is inserted with force repeatedly.
    • Breasts: The nipple is now elevated rather than a depressed indent, with the areola starting to darken more, and become more saturated. Female breasts are flat, with only a slight protrusion, called 'budding'. Male breasts remain relatively flat, without tissue development.

At this age, children may start to:

    • Practice masturbation and experience pleasure from it.
    • Describe pleasure as a tickle.
    • Demonstrate a growing awareness of and curiosity about sex differences.
    • Engage in sex play, such as playing "house" or "doctor" with other children.
    • Copy adult behaviors and try to mimic adult actions, including sexual.
    • Ask basic questions about sex, gender, and birth, such as "Where did I come from?" or "What is that?"
    • Children may touch their own bodies or other children's out of curiosity, without understanding the meaning behind the actions.
22. #22Middle Childhood Stage

    Keys: 7 yo, 7 year-old, 6 year-old, 6 year old, 7 year old, 6 yo, age: 7, age: 6, 5, 5 year old, 5 yo, age: 5, 8 yo, 8 years old, 8, age: 7, 7 years old, 6 years old, 5 years old, 8, 8 year-old, age: 8, 8 years old, 8 yo

    Children 5-8 years old:

    Girl:

    • Hair: Still no pubic hair, but body hair on arms, legs, and back may be slightly thicker and more noticeable. Head hair continues to grow longer and thicker.
    • Vagina: The Labia Minora has grown slightly, now around 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch long, and is more defined and saturated. The Labia Majora begins to stretch and flatten out, hugging the crotch tighter. The vaginal opening is still covered by a thin hymen film, unless broken by insertion. The clitoris is still mostly obscured by the clitoral hood but is slightly larger, around 1/4 inch. The vagina may produce more lubrication. The hymen is still blocking the vaginal opening unless broken. The vaginal opening can fit something from 1 inch circumference at age 5, to 2.3 inch circumference at age 8, with a .4 inch radius of fluctuation between different girls. A finger may fit in the vagina now. Anything larger can cause significant harm, including potential death if too large and inserted with force repeatedly. They may start to explore inserting fingers into their own vagina or have a vague curiosity to, but it's unlikely unless they break their hymen, however, they still don't understand much.

    Boy:

    • Hair: Same as the girl - no pubic hair but slightly thicker body hair on arms, legs, and back. Head hair is likely cut short.
    • Penis: The testicles continue to grow, and the penis shaft becomes slightly longer and thicker. Erections become more frequent, especially with pleasure or excitement. The scrotum is still smooth but may start to show more wrinkles. Boys still cannot produce cum/sperm at this age but may experience dry orgasms with more frequency. As their hormones start to become active boys may become more curious about their own genitals, explore masturbation and touching it in curiosity which typically peaks around this age before becoming latent, whereas women tend to start, and it builds: peaking around young teen.

    Both girl and boy:

    • Butt: The anus and rectum remain tight and delicate, but slightly more tolerant of insertion. The anus can fit something at max 4.2 inches in circumference at age 5, and 6.3 inches at age 8, but for most children it will be less. Anything larger than their individual limit will cause severe laceration, significant bleeding, or even death if inserted into the anus and is too large and is inserted with force repeatedly.
    • Breasts: For girls, they have puffy but still flat chests with indiscernible budding. Boys still have flat chests with little to no tissue development.
    • Form: Children at this age have more slender proportions, and their faces and bodies are less rounded. Limbs are growing longer.
    • Texture: The skin is still relatively smooth, but may start to show more texture and resilience. Hair is thicker and more manageable.

    At this age, children may:

    • Start to form same-sex peer groups, showing a preference for playing and socializing with children of the same sex.
    • Become curious about pregnancy and may ask questions about how babies are made and born.
    • Pay more attention to gendered dressing and may start to show a preference for dressing in clothes that are more typically associated with their sex.
    • Start to discover their sexual orientation, although they may not necessarily act on it or understand it fully.
23. #23Late Childhood Stage

    Keys: 10 year-old, 9 year old, age: 10, , 9 year-old, , age: 9, 10 yo, 10 year old, 9 yo, 9 years old, 10 years old

    Children 9-10 years old:

    Girl:

    • Hair: Pubic hair may start to appear, but it is usually fine and soft, however, this and many other changes depend on the onset of puberty, which can happen anywhere between 8 and 14 years old. Body hair on arms, legs, and back is thicker and more noticeable. Head hair continues to grow longer and thicker.
    • Vagina: The Labia Minora has grown to around 3/4 inch to 1 inch long and is more defined. The Labia Majora is stretched and flattened, hugging the crotch tighter. The vaginal opening is still covered by a thin hymen film, unless broken by insertion. The clitoris is slightly larger, around 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch. The vagina may produce more lubrication. The hymen is still blocking the vaginal opening unless broken. The vaginal opening can fit something from 2.4 inch circumference at age 9, to 2.9 inch circumference at age 10, with a .5 inch radius of fluctuation between different girls Anything larger can cause significant harm, including potential death if too large and inserted with force repeatedly.

    Boy:

    • Hair: Pubic hair may start to appear, but it is usually fine and soft, however, this and many other changes depend on the onset of puberty, which can happen anywhere between 8 and 14 years old. Body hair on arms, legs, and back is thicker and more noticeable.
    • Penis: The testicles continue to grow, and the penis shaft becomes slightly longer and thicker. Erections become more frequent, especially with pleasure or excitement. The scrotum is starting to show more wrinkles. Boys may start to produce sperm as they enter puberty. The cremasteric reflex may now happen more often to relax and contract the scrotum to regulate testicle temperature, this is also known as the "balls dropping".

    Both girl and boy:

    • Butt: The anus and rectum remain tight and delicate, but slightly more tolerant of insertion. The anus can fit something at max 6.5 inches in circumference, but for most children it will be less. • Form: Children at this age have more slender proportions, and their faces and bodies are less rounded. Limbs are growing longer and more muscular.
    • Texture: The skin is still relatively smooth, but may start to show more texture and resilience, with acne and body odor becoming more common as puberty begins. Hair is thicker and more manageable.

    At this age, children may:

    • Start puberty between 8 and 14, leading to significant physical and emotional changes.
    • Question their sexuality or gender as they develop a stronger sense of self.
    • Want more privacy as they become more self-aware and sensitive about their bodies.
    • Feel awkward about their changing bodies and may struggle to adjust to new physical sensations.

24. #24Early Adolescence Stage

    Keys: 11 year old, 12 year-old, age: 11, age: 12, 11 year-old, 12 yo, 11 yo, 12 year old, 13, age: 13, 13 yo, 13 years-old,

    Children 11-13 years old:

    Girl:

    • Hair: Pubic hair is likely to be more coarse. Hair begins to grow in the armpits. Body hair on arms, legs, and back is thicker and more noticeable. Head hair continues to grow longer and thicker.
    • Vagina: The Labia Minora has grown to around 1-2 inches long and is more defined. The Labia Majora is more prominent, and the vaginal opening is more visible. The clitoris is slightly larger, around 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. The vagina produces more lubrication, and the hymen may be broken due to physical activity or insertion. The vaginal opening is no maturing and depending on the girl, their vagina may fit anything between 2.5 to 5.5 inch circumference. Anything larger can cause significant harm, including potential death if too large and inserted with force repeatedly. When puberty starts, eventually a young girl will get her first period, which will happen for about 5 days (but can be 2-7 days) every month, usually at the same part of the month. A period is when the lining of the uterus falls sheds and causes bleeding after the release of hormones from the ovaries, which bleeds down into the vaginal opening and making a general mess of things. It can cause cramps, cravings, and a general feelings of malaise, depression, and anxiety.
    • Breasts: Breasts are more developed, with a more noticeable shape and size. The areola is larger, and the nipple is more prominent. Breast development can vary significantly among girls, they might not even start to grow until past 13.
    • Butt: The anus and rectum are still delicate, but more tolerant of insertion. Depending on the girl, the anus could fit something from 3 to 7.5 inch circumference. Severe laceration, significant bleeding, or even death can happen if anything is inserted into the anus and is too large and is inserted with force repeatedly. The hips and buttocks become more rounded and developed.

    Boy:

    • Hair: Pubic hair is likely to be more noticeable and coarser. Armpit hair may begin growing. Body hair on arms, legs, and back is thicker and more noticeable.
    • Penis: The testicles are nearly fully developed, and the penis shaft is longer and thicker. Erections are more frequent, especially with pleasure or excitement. The scrotum is more wrinkled, and the testicles are producing sperm. The cremasteric reflex now happens often to relax and contract the scrotum to regulate testicle temperature, this is also known as the "balls dropping".
    • Breasts: Boys' chests are still relatively flat, but may have some slight development of breast tissue, which is a normal part of puberty.
