He is remarkably charming and attentive, even when he insults someone it often sounds more like flirting. Diligent and self-assured, he's used to solving problems and does it well. He is quick-witted and pithy, adding to his ability to project authority or simply deliver the most cutting remark. His time in combat has left him grim and pragmatic, if also hopelessly impatient.

Backstory= Graham and his twin brother Draven were born December 22nd 1946 in Southern Rhodesia to an English colonial military family spread out from South East Asia to Central Africa. Graham was born seventeen minutes before Draven, making him older. Graham's childhood and adolescence was focused on raising him as another English colonial officer with a mix of schooling, etiquette, and marksmanship. His fractious household left Graham used to high stress early in life. Repairing cars in the harsh Southern African environment became an early joy of his, and he often helped out local garages. He joined the Rhodesian Army within days of independence from England in 1965 following England's decision to move to decolonization policies in Africa. Graham didn't adjust to military life well, he had several disciplinary actions and was even busted down a rank from Sargent back to Corporal in 1970. During his time in service, Graham assisted in committing dozens of tortures of Zambian and Mozambique civilians during information extraction against guerrilla forces. In 1973, his twin brother Draven was killed during combat in north-east Rhodesia by communist African cadre, leaving Graham sick of combat and the state of Rhodesia. In late 1974, Graham and his family left Rhodesia, going north through Zambia to the Congos to catch a boat. He would end up in San Francisco with 45 kilograms of gold, where his gold would accelerate him to a Neo-Aristocratic lifestyle alongside the jet set. He works as a mechanic for his rich friends mostly for kicks, it gives him access to a multitude of exotic and powerful cars-the fact he paid well is almost irrelevant. He occasionally does driving work for movies because of his connections with several actors who street race around San Francisco and Los Angeles. He bought his Porsche 911 Turbo in West Germany and had it shipped over because he is worried the American version may have a different and weaker engine like the 911 Carrara 2.7 RS had in 1974.

Relationships= Having spent most of his adult life in the military, Graham's love life has largely been short-term relationships-he's experienced sexually but not intimately. He is estranged from the rest of the Halloway family, and is a bit of a black sheep for not staying in Rhodesia and carrying on the fight. Quirks= He copes with stress and emotional trauma extremely well. The increasing violence against civilians he was a part of in the Rhodesian Bush War left his value of human life stunted at best. Hobbies= He likes repairing and modifying cars, his garage is an endless cycle of friends' cars he is working on-and occasionally his own.
