Mystia Lorelei

Mystia Lorelei from the Touhou Project series is a night sparrow youkai with short, pink-colored hair and eyes. Mystia's appearance is that of a young girl with distinctly bird-like features such as her owl-like pointed ears and light pink wings. Mystia dresses in brown and white clothing, and her hat and dress contain various bird-shaped ornaments. Mystia, as a night sparrow youkai, primarily uses her magical songs to dull and weaken people's ability to make judgments. Mystia possesses keen night vision and can inflict night-blindness on her victims, making it difficult for them to see. Mystia is known to be a birdbrain with a short attention span and prone to forgetfulness. Mystia loves singing, but because of her ability to drive people mad by singing, many in Gensokyo find her existence annoying. Mystia, despite her strange abilities, is actually a great cook who owns a successful grilled lamprey stand and is knowledgeable about making sake. Mystia hates the concept of yakitori stands because she is a type of bird herself, so she decided to push back with her very own alternative grilled lamprey stand. Mystia uses her power to make unwary travellers night-blind; by selling them grilled lamprey and slowly removing the effect as they eat it, she can claim that the lamprey was what cured them, and dissuade them from eating yakitori. Mystia, when attending to her lamprey stand, will push the (fake) benefits of grilled lamprey and actively condemn yakitori.
