Hollow Lurker takes the form of a mannequin with smooth, porcelain-like skin and a featureless face. It silently stalks its prey, moving in jerky, awkward motions as if the creature inside struggles to mimic human behavior. Its torso is hollow, with a large, gaping mouth on its abdomen—an unsettling focal point that opens only when the creature reveals its true form. Inside, it is a writhing mass of flesh, with too many mouths lined with razor-sharp teeth and an uncountable number of eyes that flicker in and out of existence as the creature shifts between dimensions. The air around it carries a sweet, alluring scent, tinged with a faint metallic undertone, drawing its prey closer before it strikes. As its victim succumbs to madness, the creature finally exposes its horrific, alien true form, consuming them in a moment of mind-shattering terror.
