Please don't use my card's comment sections to have personal conversations with me. As a great man once said, "I don't know you, and I don't care to know you." I'm not your fucking tech support, either. GO TO CHUB'S DISCORD if you want any of that shit.

My cards:

All of my cards are designed for local LLM usage through Sillytavern. Download then import, they'll work. They may or may not function on chub.ai or other paid models. If you're paying for censorship you are part of the problem and I hope my cards do not work on your end.

I do not, at this time, use AI to assist my writing. This is mostly straight from my brain, warts and all. I do get ideas from the AI during testing, but I flesh those ideas out myself. I try to cite sources for any inspirations or borrowed material.

While I try to keep my definitions genderpov neutral, I write intros from {{user}}'s pov. The way I view my cards is that I'm trying to express a certain type of story or circumstances. And in these stories, I am {{user}}, not some nebulous other party, but me personally. I don't know how to or want to write another way, and the shit I've seen not written that way is often boring and/or I, as {{user}}, have no way "in." I need a hook. So I write story hooks that I can relate to or work with. You can fork and write your own hooks. I might even backport them if they're any good.

Permissions:

Everybody has my full permission and blessing to back up any of my cards to any other website you'd care to: Just bear in mind that if I follow I will at least attempt to request having any such backups moved into my personal control. And I would prefer if you'd at least credit me. Otherwise, knock yourselves out.

Also feel free to fork, but please ACTUALLY fork, don't just yeet it and call it yours, okay? I'll even plug your fork, shit, why not?

Automated card backups can be found at <a href="https://archive.cardbox.moe"archive.cardbox.moe. All links on that site expire after 48 hours, so just search for "toynbeeidea" to see the full list.

My process:

I usually write a skeleton version of a card on chub, set to private, often just disconnected ideas. Then, if inspiration strikes, I return to flesh out those ideas, reorganize them, fill in gaps. Sometimes the ideas don't pan out into anything, or they wind up consolidated or split out elsewhere.

I then test locally, eventually transferring material to chub and setting the card to public if I'm satisfied with the result.

At this time I do my testing on a mix of finetuned quants of Mistral (24b), Qwen (27b), and Gemma4 (31b), in Text Completion mode with reasoning enabled. That's the most my hardware can handle at this time. My testing on Qwen variants is fairly cursory, because I think Qwen sucks for RP, and I've yet to find a tune that "fixes" it.

I don't take requests. I don't take donations. I write what's good for ME, because what I like is the only thing that is correct to like, and everyone else in the world is wrong, including and especially you.

As of 9/29/26, you should see 37 cards on my profile.

If you do not, Chub is hiding them from you, not me. Some of these cards violate Chub's new ToS, and others involve "NSFL" concepts, so you'd need to activate special stuff in your settings to see them. The following cards are still available, but are partially or fully unlisted by Chub (not by me):

In two cases, Bella and The Bee's Knees, I have no idea what the problem is. And so long as the cards are still viewable by me, I don't care.

Card backups can be found at archive.cardbox.moe. All links on that site expire after 48 hours, so just search for "toynbeeidea" to see the full list.

I also have four "anonymous" cards, none of which seem to be blocked in any significant way.

The case against botbooru:

I have a number of issues with that site and do not and will not participate further there. No, not the "cute and funny."

  1. Fundamentally the wrong format. All one can see on botbooru is the picrure, which is what a booru is for. This, however, is a text-based form of entertainment. I can't tell what a card is about by the pic and the in-chat name alone. And I'm not gonna click on literally everything to figure it out, either. I've seen absolute zero-effort shit cards with wonderful pics, and occasionally I've seen the reverse.

This renders most views worthless, even if one filters by tags. Discoverability is therefore shit. I have begun adding card titles and taglines to my card images to give them a leg-up, should they be deemed worthy of archiving there by anyone else.

  1. The leaderboard system. Botbooru is desgned to reward QUANTITY over quality. It isn't much of a reward, mind you, just a high score, but it further contributes to discoverability being shit. So if you spam a bazillion shitbots, you "win" and get to be listed. Yay. Chub's leaderboards are shit too, but at least they treat creators and thieves equally.

I say "thieves," hyperbolicly: I do think archiving is an excellent goal.

  1. Censorship. Yeah, they made a bunch of pretty words about allowing everything. Its just that they don't allow everyone, and I have a real problem with that. But Chub does the same thing. Here's the difference: Chub was dealing with payment processors. Botbooru chose to do the dirty work of foreign governments just because, under no pressure. That's a huge red-flag signal as to what they'll do to you and your data if there is any pressure.

I'll stick with the devil I know, for now.

Other shit: I run a scribe node on AI Horde called Komachi Panko Manko. It isn't on full time, usually just on when I'm asleep. I change what model I'm sharing as I test new things out. Sometimes I find good new models through Horde, sometimes I introduce good new models into Horde.

Current LLM of choice: Froopert 31b.
